Penn State is a work in progress, like many teams who started the year breaking in a new quarterback with multiple question marks on both sides of the ball. The difference with most teams and a select few is that some of them are undefeated and some of them aren't. Penn State still has a ways to go, but if they keep improving, keep winning, and ohio state does the same. The matchup in Columbus in late November might be the biggest ever in the series, and that's saying something.
