The chicken bone broth and mayo weren't vegan. Otherwise, it looks amazing.

You can't say it's vegan when you add chicken bone broth in your veggies. Other than that, they look delicious!

Hey I’m not vegan but I don’t eat red meats , for the last 14 yrs but I still love watching y’all cook all that good food especially meat , I still cook meat for my family & friends I just don’t eat it . I made a change in my lifestyle . I’m 5’ft 9 1/2 “ I went from 198 pounds to 160 pounds and stayed the same weight give or take a few pounds up & back down over the last 14 yrs . I also cut out pop & juice. I’m real fit for my age (58 yrs old .) But I really enjoy watching y’all cook all them Big meals. Thank you for sharing with us all. ❤️🙏🏽🇨🇦GOD BLESS 🙏🏽
