For me, painthis means how much?? I can't get it... So plz, say dimensions in ENGLISH (so that everyone can understand b'coz in India, everyone watches cricket so they know ENGLISH NUMBERS). Maximum Lapping at the end of column is not advisable and stagger is not properly done. So it will be failed after some times. The lapping for 20 mm is 1000 mm.
