I think there is no necessity of providing brickwork in the bottom of the internal plinth beam, there should be in outer walls.

Beam k length ko L/3 karkey, first part mein hook ko niche dena chahiye, 2nd part mein hook ko upar Dena chahiye aur last part mein hook ko niche dena chahiye, yeh sahi hai kya?
