Nice, simple project, using a small amount of wood. Very adaptable for height and spread. I'd chamfer the bottom of the legs to eliminate splintering. I'm an experienced fine woodworker, but still enjoyed watching the project. Great presentation, Wes.
Great project and expertly explained.
The finish on the walnut grain is beautiful.
Thanks!
I don't need a stool. But I REALLY want to build one now! Great video!
Love your project and I am afraid to show it to my wife. Thank you for the great instructions!
Nice Wes enjoyed it.
Glad you enjoyed it...I appreciate the comment!
You sound like Mr. Rodgers of wood working 😊

Lovely
Hi Wes. I'm from the Philippines and am enjoying your video. Just purchased basic Bosch tools this afternoon and may begin making pieces just like you do.
Hello...welcome to woodworking! You will enjoy the experience! Thanks for your support, glad you enjoy the channel. Wes
Just starting in woodworking. Enjoyed the video, watched it twice. Can I please get the measurements for the stretchers.
Excellent Wes! Can you tell me what is the dimensions of the top stretcher? It looks like 3" on the top and 4" on the bottom. Appreciate your help. Well done.
Do you have plans available with measurements included? Another fun project.
Tom, most of the measurements are ez to uncover by watching the vid 3 or 4 times. My only question is, what is the width of the top stretcher? The top stretcher appears to be 3.5" on the top and 4.5' on the bottom. All else will fall into place. Gimme a few days and I will report back. In the interim, watch the vid again.
This is a nice project but having the pocket screw holes visible is so great.
Nice Video.
How do you succeed gluing perfectly the four sides of a pyramidal structure made of pieces of wood, which have all their faces parallel or at 90 degrees angles along their length?
Awesome instructional video and stool Wes! I want to make a stepping stool for young kids to use at the bathroom sink that is difficult to tip over. Any suggestions? Or it could be another great instructional video too. 😉 God bless. ✝️🇺🇸
I have one on the channel...see what you think!

@@WoodworkingWithWes Thanks Wes, it was a great video also. I'm going to make your design, it looks very sturdy and beautiful. God bless. ✝️🇺🇸
Looks great. Beginner question, how does a beginner mill down to 3/4" ?
I mill to thickness with my benchtop 12" planer. We have a video on milling lumber in the channel...check it out. Thanks, Wes
@@WoodworkingWithWes Thanks, I will check out the video

So, I finally fell into peer pressure and go'ogled Woody Hyezmar’s Bible. Yes, you can get his projects at no cost, although admittedly they're not up there with the best, there are a few golden nuggets you can have fun with.
you did say "for beginners" 😢😢😢😢
poor video editing!
Why did you watch it then? Your life must be boring
