Just want to stop by and say thank you. I am 29 and just started playing a couple months ago. Have watched your videos since, and they have helped me tremendously. Was even able to score my first goal in a beginners league this week. Thank you for all that you do.
Great video! Makes me want to move to Ottawa. There are 4 or 5 outdoor rinks in Manhattan that I know of, all of which are ridiculously expensive to skate at. And there are no skating trails anywhere. Ottawa looks like heaven to me!
Absolutely love this video, just shows you that you don’t have to play hockey to have a good time on the ice! Sometimes it’s about spending time with the family and making memories! :) much love from Manchester, UK
Thank you so much for this amazing video! I've had the pleasure of visiting some of these places and skating on them. That last one though looks absolutely amazing and truly captures the roots of hockey.
I've been to 3 of the 5 places here (Canal, Patinage en forêt and Rideau hall) and in my opinion the best one is the Patinage en Forêt because if the snow banks are big enough you can hit people into them (people you know, of course)
This so cool I’m literally an hour away from the canal and I never realized how popular it’s was it’s cool to know this many people from across the world are inspired to come here
Awesome discoveries for me. Thank you coach jeremy. Definitely few on my bucket list first for sure rideau canal the rest will follow. Keep it up. God bless.
I would love to skate on a trail through the woods. I've always wanted to do that ever since I was a kid. The closest I've ever come to doing that was when I was 4 years old (1979), there was a stream winding through the woods behind my uncle's house that froze over in the winter, but it was the first time I was ever on skates, and even if I did know how to skate, I wasn't allowed to just head out into the woods.
Hi, I used to live in Ottawa literally a few months ago and you just brought me back to some good days on those "rinks" haha, now im living in China and there isn't much of those outdoor rinks, so I'm really jealous. But I hope you enjoyed it.
I have one place near me and it's 10 dollars an hour and I can't do anything but go in a circle... in Texas. When the weather changes on you here it's hot to cold but never cold long, but when it's hot it's really hot and for a long time. My dream is to raise a family in a place like this, I hate the idea of raising one in Texas like I was growing up on Mighty Ducks and Christmas movies and being always depressed that I lived in Texas and nobody played hockey, and we lost the Houston Aeros so all we have left is Dallas Stars and I live so far from there. I've always hated the heat and have been fond of the cold. I'm trying to move to Colorado
The Patinage En Foret would be awesome, I love walking in the woods during the winter so to transfer that to skating would be awesome and absolutely gorgeous. 😊❤😊 I'll definitely keep all these places in mind when I go to Ottawa. @nicolemassman
Sweet video Jeremy! I’d love to skate on the Rideau Canal because I’ve heard that they sometimes bring food trucks onto the river (such as BeaverTails) and I’d love to eat a BeaverTail along the way!! @ws.puck
@@CoachJeremy Lol! My oldest brothers apparently had an unreal Texan accent when they were about Mason's age, the only thing is: we live in Alberta and don't have ties with any Texans. Their accents died out eventually.
I have always wanted to play hockey, I have begged my mom to play and I hear the same response over and over again, " We do not have the funds to buy the equipment." What do I do?

Congrats!
Nice man
Edit: I’m only 9 and play hockey I’m really good because of him I started a year ago I’m a be on a team soon
I got a hat trick and 2 break aways
@Emily Hachey keep it up!

Lol I live in Ottawa and have never heard of skating trails here before.other than the canal(although I’m only 12 so that might be why)
You'll need to plan for a visit next winter!
Outdoor hockey rinks actually cost money to skate there?
Muumilaakson Poliisi no
My Ottawa That sounds like a fantastic idea!
I would go to the ice trail. I really enjoy hikes/walks with my family, so an ice trail would be great! It would be a fun way to spend time together.
Gorgeous video. This place looks like heaven!

They do! Beavertails, hot drinks and food stand along the way!
You should include your family in More videos. It adds some more character to the videos.
Why does Mason sound so British, loved your video
Paul van den Brink he watches a lot of Peppa Pig 🐖
@@CoachJeremy Lol!

I have always wanted to play hockey, I have begged my mom to play and I hear the same response over and over again, " We do not have the funds to buy the equipment." What do I do?
Hey so dependent on if you have already gotten gear. You should look at Goodwill and find used gear if you haven't gotten any.
