I fell into this once and it shredded my body into ribbons and blood. It was a horrible death as I struggled to keep my arms and legs from the teeth. Than God I came out the other end in one piece.
Oeps en we zijn van van onze oude wagen af , moest dat niet bestaan dan zouden er nog meer wrakken op straat blijven , het is en blijft een goede machiene
I dont get why anyone would dislike this. Big gas guzzling pickup drivers like me like it for the raw power this thing has. And the prius drivers should like it because its recycling! give those cars 3 or 4 more years that right there is where they will be!
No it wouldn’t. I work with one of these. We shred aluminum with it and sometimes steel is in the bales and it shatters it. Takes a while and you break a tooth sometimes but it does it
The satisfaction of seeing a car getting what’s coming to it it’s just amazing. And then I got to see double amazing to see an engine get crushed. Yay for the crusher
That's one impressive machine, you almost feel sorry for the poor little cars, I think I heard one them say, "Oh, No!, Not me please!" LOL Great video.
People who drink alcohol and drive or take drugs and drive or use their mobile phones and drive should be made to watch their vehicles being destroyed by a machine like this. Then maybe they would think twice before putting peoples lives at risk. That is in addition to the punishment decided by the court.
not necessarily. The principle behind the reason it needs to reverse is because of Wedging. The compacted car builds up layers which when angled properly, cause the two separate wheels to literally push on each other, using the car as a medium. Seeing as both wheels are designed for high-stress activities, neither would give. The whole operation comes to a standstill until the pressure is lifted and the Car is removed. The car has to be sufficiently ground down to avoid this event.
I drive EV's for the cheaper cost and as for where the energy comes from to charge the battery it comes from my off grid solar system I'm not connected to the national grid at all so what do you say to that douchebag
I can get a range of 130KM per charge out of mine and I hardly ever get the battery below 30% in a day of driving and unlike your liquid fuelled vehicle every time I press the power on button I have a full battery whereas you have to go to the fuel station and pay for more fuel also when I use the breaks my battery gets some of the energy back you can't refill the fuel tank by using the breaks and in the unlikely event I do run out of power I have a spare charger in the boot and if I'm on the highway I have a small petrol generator for use in such emergencies that I can pull over fire up the generator wait 20-30 min and have enough power to get home or to an outlet or a charging station (I have only had to use it once) and EV charging stations are free to use try getting free liquid fuel without having the cops called on you YEAH THATS WHAT I THOUGHT
that thing takes freaking ages and stuff is falling out / off the conveyor all over the place. Someone should make a shredder shredder just for that thing.
Ehh I get what you are saying, but he is right. If it did have substantially more power it wouldn't even slow down, but the jaws would need to be bigger, which would produce larger chunks. Then a secondary shredder would be needed. So reversing does wind up being somewhat more beneficial.
I felt for those poor engines. They worked hard all their lives to haul their owners around shopping, to dental appointments and such, only to get a royal kick in the camshaft after all that committed servitude. Some thanks they get. Shredded up and shipped to China. There is no worse fate.
And this is why trying to find parts for classic cars or just cars in general is so hard after a few year, because little shits crush everything, rather than strip the cars, sell the parts and help everyone, make more money and cause less pollution than having to melt down, sort and remould all the metal abroad! Cars should be broken for parts if they're unrepairable not shredded!
I saw some parts in there like head lights and tail lights that looked right in place. ...well one thing we know, if we need parts we can go to the 3D printers and make any part we wish of..
Classic cars don't use plastic parts and 3D printing cannot reproduce glass, electronics or metal at the moment. Not to mention you'd have to redesign the parts just to print them
Check out a hammermill shredder thats were the material coming out of the hammel usually goes sometime you shred stainless with it and sell it straight but the company i work at uses these to increase weight on trucks going to the hammermill
Dismantling cars is labor intensive process. In "rich" countries it is more cost effective to use a shredder and burn oil at 1,5€/L than hire group of people to do it manually. After you have those tiny bits of material you can use magnets (for iron/steel), Eddy current devices (other metals), blowers (foam, fabric), flotation tanks (plastic), oil seperators, etc. to do it automatically. It yields more residues than manual selection, but it's cheaper when work force is expensive.

I watch alot of shed videos.
This machine is the strongest one I've come across so far.
it tossed that green car around like a rag doll
The guy in the excavator running claw is good. And that shredder is a BEAST!!!
This thing is amazing. Those cutting tips must cost a fortune.
hardcore how quick it rips the engines, the gearboxes, clutches and cylinder heads apart!
My jaw literally, dropped when it devoured the engines.... Such power...
OFF!! When they put MULTIPLE motors in there and it went through without hanging, i was super impressed!
a few of the motors still had the gearboxes still attached
wow grinding up entire engines?! pretty amazing
I fell into this once and it shredded my body into ribbons and blood. It was a horrible death as I struggled to keep my arms and legs from the teeth. Than God I came out the other end in one piece.
this is absolutely incredible... thanks for sharing!
I want to go to bed but I am mesmerised by this machine
Could watch it all night
Very satisfying.
Imagine falling into it
Arrrgh
and still with such a massive machine, it cant shred it in 1 take.
Exactly what I'm thinking...doesn't really seem all that efficient.
Has to regurgitate and then take more...
These videos are never long enough
no se porque pero esta clase de vidéos me relajan xDD ojala y ubiese una maquina parecida pare eliminar todos tus problemas asi de simple :p
So satisfying when all these little bits come out.. :D
Wouldn't it be unfortunate if the crane's hand got stuck in the shredder and you would see the entire crane get pulled into the thing?
Josh Dobis 😂😂😂😂
I think that due to the own weight of the machine, it would tear apart the hand only
Josh Dobis the claw machine is booted to the ground, so only the claw would go in the shredder.
that shredder has a remote to stop and reverse the teeth
There's just something about watching stuff shred that calms me down I wish I worked with one of these!
Idk why but I like watching these kinds of videos destroying cars, planes, boats, trees everything it's just interesting keep up the good work
Entertaining video. I want to watch forever.
would be cool to see the output of this shredder feeding into a smaller shredder
Oeps en we zijn van van onze oude wagen af , moest dat niet bestaan dan zouden er nog meer wrakken op straat blijven , het is en blijft een goede machiene
i could watch this all day
I dont get why anyone would dislike this. Big gas guzzling pickup drivers like me like it for the raw power this thing has. And the prius drivers should like it because its recycling! give those cars 3 or 4 more years that right there is where they will be!
GM should use this in their recalls
Just the recalls??
mslacyknickers probably also in their dealerships lol
+doodskie999 They should use it on themselves.
Idk how this got on my feed bt its the coolest thing I've ever seen
١
"Who's in charge here? The claaaaaww"
What happens when the crane accidentally enters it??
“I should really get to work” *sees car shredder video suggestion* “I have time for this.”

I could watch this all night
Very therapeutic in a way.
dan y ..totally agree.those cars are looking like my work right about now.
آلة رهيبة، والعقل الذي اخترعها عبقري.
A '69 Lincoln Continental would bring this thing to it's knees.
+Milk Manson nope - it can do much larger
Milk Manson I was thinking a international pickup.
No it would not
a 58 buick
No it wouldn’t. I work with one of these. We shred aluminum with it and sometimes steel is in the bales and it shatters it. Takes a while and you break a tooth sometimes but it does it
I could watch this all day
if they made a 10 hour video of this .. I'd still watch it to the end.
Hahahaha - mesmerizing!
I can't believe how easy it made work of those engines. Wonder if they where cast iron or aluminum blocks.
Oh no, not my HEMI engine.
I wonder how many adventures these cars have had? The owner getting in it, brand new, excited. Sad really.
I was walking through salvage yards today. That was my exact same thought.
beechface1
beechface1
beechface1 some people have compassion , its strange but I often think of that
That is because cars are some of the few objects that look like they have a soul.
how much does it cost for one of these red giants?
Does blood stains come off easily on this thing?
Ask Jimmy Hoffa.
YES! They just Hose Off!
The satisfaction of seeing a car getting what’s coming to it it’s just amazing. And then I got to see double amazing to see an engine get crushed. Yay for the crusher
3:38. Her name is Rio and she dances the Dance of Death!
Toad Rage seriously?!
Brilliant, cheers from Canada eh? Hope everyone had a great Easter!
That's one impressive machine, you almost feel sorry for the poor little cars, I think I heard one them say, "Oh, No!, Not me please!" LOL Great video.
That 2002 Kia Rio didn't last very long! I could watch these all day!
Did the driver make it out!
tira ate a paciência da demora para conclusão de um carro
Something immensely satisfying about watching that...
Too slow. Needs more power. Junk.
Awesome machine !
Amazing to watch something with such power great video.
At 4:34 it looks like the lic plate on the green car is 'POS2 G..'. No wonder it's in there! With a plate like that, you're asking to be shredded!
What does that even stand for
i could watch this shit all day long
Same...
That is the coolest thing I've ever seen! I want to work there!
Good, they're always looking for more people to clean the jaws they don't seem to stay around long
can it shred a shredder?
Very creative, destructive machine. Most cars now days are plastic and junk metal it wouldn't have such ease with cars made before the 80's.
Sheer destructive power! Imagine being dropped in, or slipping legs first.
UGH
You are dead.
I watched one that the guy was wearing flip flops, no safety equipment and no gloves.
People who drink alcohol and drive or take drugs and drive or use their mobile phones and drive should be made to watch their vehicles being destroyed by a machine like this. Then maybe they would think twice before putting peoples lives at risk. That is in addition to the punishment decided by the court.
Dave Wise
Oh brother
you're so virtuous
Brilliant video thank you
The destructive power of the machine is not just amazing; it's scary.
I've worked in side one of these, building up the teeth with weld, even when fully isolated, it's still pretty nerve wrecking.
how is this pile of bit it makes then seperated and recycled ?
2:15 As a heavily wounded, battle scarred car watches his friend get completely torn apart and mutilated, he knows he is next...
It was at this moment Jimmy knew.....he had Fucked up

shredders are cool
Those cars have seen better days.
You need to do this all Toyota Prius models and all Chevy Volts, now that would be a video!
Your just jealous because electric vehicles are exponentially more efficient than liquid fuelled vehicles
EV's for life!!!
***** Haha, NO. Just think about where your "clean" energy comes from, douchebag.
I drive EV's for the cheaper cost and as for where the energy comes from to charge the battery it comes from my off grid solar system I'm not connected to the national grid at all so what do you say to that douchebag
Do you also drive them for their hundreds of miles per charge and their many many numerous charging sytems in place. Yea im jealous NOT!!!!!!!!!!
I can get a range of 130KM per charge out of mine and I hardly ever get the battery below 30% in a day of driving and unlike your liquid fuelled vehicle every time I press the power on button I have a full battery whereas you have to go to the fuel station and pay for more fuel also when I use the breaks my battery gets some of the energy back you can't refill the fuel tank by using the breaks and in the unlikely event I do run out of power I have a spare charger in the boot and if I'm on the highway I have a small petrol generator for use in such emergencies that I can pull over fire up the generator wait 20-30 min and have enough power to get home or to an outlet or a charging station (I have only had to use it once) and EV charging stations are free to use try getting free liquid fuel without having the cops called on you
YEAH THATS WHAT I THOUGHT
Why is this not the halftime event at every monster truck show ever?
Ah, crunchy time :) makes fun watching the shredder getting munchies !
this has to be the coolest fucking thing i watched in awhile!!! can you throw a person in there and film it next time?
that thing takes freaking ages and stuff is falling out / off the conveyor all over the place. Someone should make a shredder shredder just for that thing.

Fantástico excelente trabalho.

Jeez! Those car engines look hard to shred.

@4:41 those engines were picked up and dropped in.
You sound like it's human!!!!!
You can see the green Japanese car went easy, but the red European Ford Escort had some chewing resistance due to thicker body.
i really want to work on a scrapyard now :D
I find stuff like this so amusing
can't even think of what would happen if someone was in one of those car's.
i like the dancing motorblocks at 5:00
What happens when you put one of those machines inside one of those machines? Does the world explode?
Cannibalism is nothing new. 😜
Cannibalism is nothing new. 😜
For some reasons this is very satisfying
Yes, it blends!
So satisfying.
Makes me proud of being human.

Angelito Posse
What ever it takes dude! I am convinced it can be accomplished !
Arakmatzu Until you own a classic, like I do, you have no idea how difficult it can be to get parts.
Angelito Posse i totally agree
Check out a hammermill shredder thats were the material coming out of the hammel usually goes sometime you shred stainless with it and sell it straight but the company i work at uses these to increase weight on trucks going to the hammermill
LIGHTNING McQUEEN'S NIGHTMARE...
Well I take that back after I seen it tilt up, that sealed the deal for me.
I need that for my wife's meatloaf.
ha
Shame , My old car made in 2002 has gone to a scrap yard r.i.p old car , you'll always be in my heart!
i can watch it for hours.
:o)
What do they do with the engines?
Remove them and shred them in another machine
5:08
now I feel sad for the cars

the red car put up a good fight
I think the last green one lasted longer
Great machine 😁👍👍👍
did anyone else want that green car to fall out of the shredder?
+Jaron Gittinger Yeah! Crane guy spoilt it!
Awesome! That's what my 2018 lousy CR-V needs!
Starving people in Africa could have eaten those cars.
Slim Charles fuck this damn old joke
Slim Charles hahaha
lol how there gonna eat that 😂😂😂

It's struggling to shred,it keeps reversing..needs more power.
It's designed to do that as to not damage the shredder itself
You don't chew your food once and then swallow it practically whole do you??
Nor do i spit it out and eat it again.
More power would be good, but I'm sure that it prevents damage to the shredder. The SSI Pri-Max does the same thing
no no it just can't fit it all down the hole that leads to the conveyor belt, so it stops to allow the blockage to clear.
That's some SERIOUS torque.
Guys from Russia will be like "We could repair those cars!"
Russia is not $19,000,000,000,000. in debt to the jew bank as is the US.
Actually they see the used parts in the dumpster hmmmm
Got lucky with the green car it almost got away that probly wouldn't have been good think would know to drop the back end in first
I cannot even begin to think how painful it would be for me to see my car to get the same treatment...
What do you drive? Just curious
