Love love love the privacy with the 25 ft trees. Some of the houses are too close together. I’m a New Yorker retiring to Florida in a few years. If Cali was my destination, you would certainly be my realtor. Outstanding showing and commentary as usual. Love 2 water closets. Lovely master and bath.

Hello Jacob 😊 I'm really digging this Mediterranean style 😎 house 🏠 It's wonderful having all of the lush greenery that surrounds the place. I really like all of the light fixtures and all of the fireplaces, so much personality. Of course I adore the game room and the bonus room for watching 👀 movies 🎥 The primary bedroom is simply gorgeous 😍 The outdoor space is very lovely and spacious. Love the kitchen! I love the beautiful mediterranean architecture as well. The grass and landscaping is super lux! The fire pit area is a wonderful place to entertain. WOW! A designated pool bathroom..really cool. Hey JP, I think i'd take you on the ping pong table haha. loved this tour bro
