Hi Schuey , got a question for you please , when vac sealing BBQ for freezing is it best to vac seal pulled pork before or after pulling ? And brisket sliced or unsliced ?? Thank you 👍
Have done this a number of times - sooooo good. But I cook with more liquid and not quite so big a tray and small chunks of spud in there as well Cook til the lamb falls off the bone and shred it into the vege filled liquid goodness, and serve as you would something like a casserole or stew With the cooler months approaching it’s a definite for sure
If your missus won't let you use an old towel, use her favourite one. She'll be mad as hell but after those lamb shanks she'll never question your judgement ever again! And she gets to go towel shopping on Monday!
Not sure if you're as committed to your beer drinking timer as you make out to be, you looked way too sober and the continual adding of more hours didn't corelate to more pissyness... Either way those shanks look MOIST ASF!!!! Smut!! I've decided to go and give my local butcher a cuddle today and see if he's any shanks i can get to smoking with
