I live in Oak Creek, right off Church Road. This is very aspirational content. I love it!
Thank you so much! That’s very kind! More to come stay tuned!
Beautiful homes! Love the dynamic between you two. God bless you both and your real estate business.
Thank you so much. We really appreciate the support
That’s my aunts area. I love it there that’s where here dental office is also located (fairwood prkwy). Seen it when it was even building out some of the homes and parks. Hoping to one day move to either the same area or similar.
We drive by there all the time. Yes to future homeownership in the area!
Amanda is a NATURAL at this!
That is very a kind. It’s all TV magic lol ❤
Love this video I know I’m late. Apologies 👍🏽✊🏽🔥
Driving down Woodmore road got big house and by Newton white mansion area. Y'all forget country club of Woodmore. That's bowie too.
You are so right. There are so many beautiful communities in Bowie. If we add them all the video would be hours long lololol.
@@thedapos y'all plan to do other luxury areas of the beautiful Prince George's county and Charles county?
Yep. We filmed woodmore Towncenter that episode will be out week after next. Then we are going to dive into Upper Marlboro and from there a few in DC and onward to Charles county. So in short there’s a plan.
@@thedapos we love to see it👏🏿👏🏿
Why does Maryland have front foot fees?
Hey Dwayne so Front Foot Fees is not a Maryland specific thing in some other states its called a Water Assessment Fee. Also it only applies to New/Young houses let me explain. A front foot fee is the fee that land developer (Delmarva for MD) charges the Builder (Ryan, Stanley Martin, Lennar, etc) to connect the land to public water and sewer. So modern homes are connected to WSSC for water and don't have to worry about a septic tank for their sewage. Front foot fees last only 20 -30 years which is 1 mortgage cycle and it's an annual fee usually paid top of the year and they vary in cost base upon home size. You as the purchaser can choose to pay it in full or if you plan to move within the next 5-7 years pay it annually. A front foot fee stays with the home not purchaser it apart of the deed until its paid. But again only applies to home 20-30 years or younger. Because Maryland is one of the first colonies in the U.S that's a young house we have homes hundreds of years old here. Hope this helps.
Arundel On The Bay will crush Bowie.
Be more specific, where more specifically. Arundel On The Bay, where?
Maybe and tons of big houses everywhere but very few areas you can go and see neighborhoods filled with high middle class and wealthy black communities.
@@drummabwoy876 hes delusional Arundel on the bay has a nice waterfront views but the homes are barely over 2000 square feet compared to Church Road which average house is around 5,000 on close to 2 acres. Tantallon neighborhood in PG county CRUSHES the homes located in Arundel on the bay
