MC got us playing as a unit and for eachother, cracking win and kudos to the fans who went for a game that could of been pp. a December with a window opening onwards and upwards
Marti cifuentes putting a smile back on the faces of us long suffering supporters. Got the lads fighting believing pushing forward in the way with grand managerial focus.urrrrssssss
Hopfully we can take points from the next 3 games and perhaps the second half of the season looks brighter

Likely a difficult match against Hull next, but then the two games after against Plymouth & Sheffield Wednesday are two games we should be trying to win. Could be out of the relegation zone by Xmas if we continue on like this.

I would 100% bring in another coach from overseas.
I've been calling for QPR's owners to appoint a good foreign coach for years. Thank god they did.
Marti must not be the last foreign coach QPR appoints. The best coaches are from abroad.
Who heard of Wenger before he came to the UK? Wenger was a great coach.

Wenger never coached in the UK before. The list goes on. Benitez, Klopp, Wagner, Biesla, etc etc.
Owners must always have their eyes on the next coach. I would be looking overseas.
Most of these foreign coaches play attractive attacking football. Most speak good English.
Marti's English is better than many English-born people. Long way to go.
Need at least 2 strikers in January.

Without getting over confident, I failed to see how the same group of players that was producing some lovely stuff early last year became so easy to beat, so low on confidence and so impotent up front.
Obviously, there was the trauma of Beale, the nothingness of Critchley and the sad failure of Ainsworth to become a managing hero, but how do good players become so collectively poor?
I was loving the connection between Laird and Willock down the right, loving Paal on the left, felt like it could become as good as Wilson and Bardsley. Centre backs were solid, dependable and chipping in with goals - Dickie was leathering them in. Field was in control, Chair was let loose, Willick at his best etc…
Hopefully Marti is the man, early signs are good, the players seem to be waking from a deep sleep. It just amazes me that in the face of poor management, the players don’t sort things out among themselves.
He's our Marti and he'll win if he wants to, win if he wants to. You would win too if he managed for you.
