Well done PNE, not a fan but I'd love them to eventually come up into The Prem, a great club with a lot of history, hope to see you playing at Anfield someday soon :) x
@@daverodda4293Plymouth played well but North end had the best chances. It was the kind of game that could have gone either way, but Preston seems to be able to grind out the results. For the neutral it was a cracking game, Plymouth are a decent side.
Yeah he had a brilliant debut. More of that please. He's also well adjusted to life in this part of the world from his time at Liverpool so I can see him really settling in here.
Even though we lost, had a fantastic weekend up in Preston! Few nice little local pubs floating about and quite a few friendly Preston fans we got chatting to. Quite similar history between the teams and can’t wait for you guys to come down our end. Another note, the sheer noise from the argyle fans throughout the game was immense, let’s keep that up at home park 💚🤍💙
PNE should have killed this game off. If theyd got a third i think the gates would have burst open. Still they did brilliantly at seeing the game out like they did. Plymouth threw everything at them but still couldn't crack PNEs defence. Good signs imo. Theyre learning how to get 3 points in 50/50 games. Thats exactly what they need to do.
Surely that kick off should have been retaken! Two Preston players clearly in the Plymouth half before the ball was played. Defender would have had a free header if the player hadn't encroached!
@@Richard-r3j7la kick off is hardly a goal though is it. You can't compare the two. That's a ridiculous comparison. You are only mentioning it due to the early goal but the kick off had nothing to do with it. If plymouth were bothered about it they should have said something at the time. There were several phases of play before the goal and that came via the left, not the right. So in this case I don't think it did matter. You're just speaking from hindsight.
@@Richard-r3j7l you are comparing penalties and offside goals with a kick off. If it was remotely the same all plymouth players would be jumping around waving their arms and appealing to the ref for a free kick. The fact that they didn't shows that they clearly didn't think it important. And I'm pretty sure the preston players took a little touch on the ball anyway, which is what gave the right winger his queue to storm off down the right.
Ryan Lowe went to a bigger club and you plymouth fans can't get over that stop accusing him of having an affair and focus on your football in league 1 next season no other managers get hate for a manager leaving grow up pilgrims
Ryan Lowe was never going to stay, He refused to move to Devon from the North west. Argyle fans knew that, It was the manner in which he left that was unprofessional. A good manager but as a person not a particularly pleasant person if you've ever met him. We've long moved on from Lowe.
@@stephenholmes1036 well I'm from preston but if I'm totally honest I'd have preferred to raise my kids in Devon. Too late now they're grown up and worst of all one now lives in dirty Leeds territory. But a nice place to retire to, just a long long way from all the rest of the family.
What you on about? There weren't any dodgy decisions all game. If anything Plymouth were lucky the first yellow wasn't a red, it was a shocker of a tackle.
Keep it going PNE.... this club is very long ovedue the success it deserves.
What a game.PNE sky high confidence!
Loving that Plymouth kit.

Does it really matter
@@DarrenLamb-on3py Does it really matter if a goal is given that is clearly offside, or a penalty is given when there is no contact? Same principle

True, but we could've easily made it 4, it's all fine margins.
At the end of the day we had much more of the better chances, possession doesn't matter if it can't be converted into clear cut chances and goals
