    If anyone is complaining about Slavs and vikings together, look up Harald Bluetooth and his alliance with the Wends against the Carolingian empire! Not to mention the Rus of course, but I think everyone knows about that part.

    Eine solide und tolle Arbeit. Ihr habt mich nicht enttäuscht. Sehr gut gefallen haben mir die Einstellungen von Smiley und wie ihr uns vom Camp aus begleitet habt. Albans Rede mit Hall zu untermauern jagd einem kalte Schauer über den Rücken und man bekommt ne Gänsehaut. Aber ein besonderes Schmankerl habt ihr auch zum Schluß im Abspann gelassen. Einfach herrlich !

    Do you have a site or a group page on fb? I'd like to see when the upcoming event will be, if it has entrance fee and about the price, what do I need to bring and how this whole thing works. Also, is this event more like larping or like a historical reenactment? I really do hope I will be able to participate in the future.

    • @Morusmedienpool
      @Morusmedienpool  3 роки тому

      Hi Fotini Kavvadia,
      there was no big event in 2020 and I believe it is not sure also for the next year, but if you want to participate, you have to be invited by the museum. What you have to bring is - experience in eastern style fighting, this is not larp - no acting, and so the fee, you have to pay, could possibly be your eye ;-)))
      Feel free to watch all "21st Century Viking Stories" to learn about the groups and the "Viking World". Greetings from Germany

      @@Morusmedienpool you do know that the eastern style fighting in this case is horse archery and light infantry. at the time biggest problem for slavs were pechenegs wwhich were weaker mongols. cossacks came latter and are not part of this era. Could you tell me what do you mean by eastern style fighting.Slavs fought same style as vikings

    • @Morusmedienpool
      @Morusmedienpool  3 роки тому

      , well - eastern style fighting is the name of the fighting style today. In viking reenactment today there are different styles. Nobody wants to kill someone in the 21st century. There are rules to fight with sword and shield and eastern style includes the head as a target zone. Feel free to watch all the "21st Century Viking Stories" - especially part 2 - this episode explains exactly this subject. Thanks againfor your comment and have fun to watch all stories about the modern vikings. Greetings from Berlin ;-))

    • @Morusmedienpool
      @Morusmedienpool  7 років тому

      well, according to wikipedia the 21st century is the current century of the Anno Domini era, (Latin for after Christ) in accordance with the Gregorian calendar. It began on January 1, 2001 and will end on December 31, 2100.

    • @Berserkertrank
      @Berserkertrank 7 років тому

      The Gregorian Calender is false. We have the 20. Zero to One is not One. (0-1). (1-2 is 1). The Christians will be a litle older haha. When you know litle Mathematik then you know. The new Year begin when the days become longer. Thats at 21.12. Solstice. Jul.

      Friend, we are in the 21st Century. 20 centuries equal to 2000 years, that's mathematically true. Therefore from the 2001st year, it's the start of the 21st Century, until 2100. It seems confusing but it is totally correct. Additionally, it's *20th, not 20st

    • @Berserkertrank
      @Berserkertrank 7 років тому

      No the Gregorian Calendary is in any way wrong. 20 is 21 for you? Oke. But thats wrong. Not everything what you learn at school is True. Many probaganda. 20 begin at 20. 21 begin at 21. one is not two.....
