  • I bought trimmer as broken. Unfortunately, I did not make first videos during diagnose, only pictures. Problem was at brushes and broken plastic part rounded red on picture at video. I cleaned armature and stator, install new brushes and after some time I recorded disassemble and cleaning procedure. The only thing left is to sharpening cutting blades and clean it.
    Kupio sam trimer pokvaren.

    I cannot thank you enough for posting this video. I have the same model, pulled it apart because it wasn't working right, but couldn't figure out how to get it back together. This is a huge help!

    Thank you Mileka, I took my AHS 6000-PRO-T apart and all the bits fell out, I thought there is no way I can put it together again, however your video is so detailed all I have to do is follow you putting the hedge trimer back together again. I've ordered new bushes, wish me luck :D

      @@MilekaRobot Hi Mileka, good news, with the help of your video I managed to change the bushes and put the trimmer back together again. If I hadn't had your video I would probably have given up and bought a new one @£150.00 so you saved me 150 thanks. Funny thing is, when I was putting it together again I noticed that I could have replaced the bushes by just removing the black and red parts, oh well I now know so next time it will be simpler. Thanks again. Will

      I did the same, having turned the unit on its side to shake out the dirt, only to also shake out all the loose parts! I'm using this video for the same reason.

    Hello Mileka Mechatronics, thank you for your video which I found excellent. However I have a problem. Having removed all the screw including the side handles, I cannot remove the T handle and I don't want to force it. How does the motor cover and switches lift off ?
    Thanks.

      Hello my friend, thanks for commenting and sorry for late answer. Check the video at 17:06 , I done that 2 years ago and forgot some parts of disassembling :) but I think you should separate a T handle a little, I had a little struggle to put it back, just see video from time I wrote to you and if you still have problem bee free to ask me again.

      @@MilekaRobot Thanks for all that. I found a hidden screw inside and deep in the T handle .I removed it and all is well.

    Hi thanks for the video very helpful!
    I had to replace a bearing and during this I lost the spring for the on off switch.
    Do you know the dimensions that I can buy a replacement?
    Thanks for a answer.

      Hi, thank you for watching the video, it is my pleasure that video was helpful. This is tool is at my house at village, so unfortunately I can not check the dimensions right now :( you can try to search for Service Manual or Schematics for this tool and find there the information.

      I replaced the spring but how did you install the the on off mechanic? I tried it 2 hours but it never stayed in place.

      Hi Mileka
      Thanks for your answer. You can’t show the installation detailed in a separate video for example? I can’t install the mechanism for the on off switch.

    Many thanks. I've just completed my own strip-down and rebuild. I see what you've done to fix the broken "red bit". You perhaps should say that you have glued the free-floating black gear-toothed plastic rack in the high position - thereby bypassing the red handle safety function. This means that the trimmer can be operated with one hand; which is ... dangerous!

      Thanks for watching and comment! It is my pleasure that video helped! Yap, I totally agree with comment, I just assumed that people realize by they own that one safety feature is "canceled" with this repair.

      @@MilekaRobot Hello Mileka, I have a problem with the AHS 7000 PRC T, the machine works and everything is fine, however, the transmission to the knives does not work, I watched your video several times and the process of assembling 3 rings (it is not complicated at all), on my machine it is similar if not the same, but the transmission does not work (it does not cut at all), the knives vibrate, but there is no cutting. I'm asking for help

    • @MilekaRobot
      @MilekaRobot  Рік тому +1

      @@senna599 Hello my friend, thank you for asking. It was long time ago when I make this video, so I forget some details, but for sure you need to check transmission mechanism, after disassembling you can move it manualy and see is everything fine or not. Sometimes just one small pin missing or not or proper place can make big problems.

    Thanks for this. The one problem I still have is at 9:40 in the video. The black piece on the left with the teeth which connects to the left of the white cog is loose and does not stay in place it slides up and down. Not sure how this is connected. You video looks like it is already in place.

      Also on the bar there is a ridge does this go at the top?

    • @MilekaRobot
      @MilekaRobot  2 роки тому

      Thanks for watching the video. I done this, let's say, a long time ago, cannot remember precisely how that part is looking, but it was rigid/steady for sure, because it moves the bar up and down, if I remember well. Maybe some little part is missing. You can try to google "bosch ahs 6000 pro schematic" and see is there some missing part according to scheme.

      Hi! I have the exact same problem, that little black part on the left is loose and because of it the spring and white cog part just jumps out, it can't hold it back. Did you manage to find a solution?

    • @MilekaRobot
      @MilekaRobot  2 роки тому

      Hi, thank you for asking, unfortunately I do not have this trimmer any more, I repaired this only once and that is it... But, it is not complicated, you can open the trimmer and see what can be a problem, maybe rotor damage, or something is out of position so it is blocking proper function. Use video for reference if you get stuck with assembling / disassembling ;)
