I did not know that you could still use the camera flash while dumping the mayo into the hives at Goofy Goober's since it remembered your position. That is complete genius and saved you big-time on that second one

Yes there are 2 exit spawns and prowler pat can spawn by either of them but for the one on the left he moves away from the exit path by the time you get to him.

Why did game thought you was alive even when dutchman got you and gave game over?
Due to an oversight, getting killed by the Dutchman specifically doesn't pause the timer for the night, so you can still win while dead.
