stage 7 is really insane...I spent 3 mill. gold trying to beat it with boosted ice and I still cant beat it...im lvl 61

Note to self, remember to move base back after I log off. Luckily I only got raided once but still. lol
Lvl61, +81% damage, +85% health (both ice masters boosted, not guardians). Lvl 3 shock blaster and lvl1 damage amplifier. Booms front (scorcer died in like within 10-15s). Mines to right after beach, then defences and support in triangle/spiral shape to the right top corner. HQ, dmg amplifier, 3x rockets, shock blaster to the left top corner. It worked. 4th try, first with this layout (Y) altough only dmg amplifier, shock blaster and HQ survived (HQ with probably just a few thousand hp or even less).
Just got back into boom beach after short hiatus and just in time for the update and you almost at 100k!! Congrats ben

The shock gun is quite useful in stage 7. The shield generator is pretty much useless. I have 3 ice just like u with slightly better damage masterpiece. I was able to beat it on my 8th try, changing my base a bit each time. The key is to have him barrage his own troops. :)

Omg he should have put his head up watching the start of stage 7 of hammerman because he DID drop critters when bentimm want watching! Also he dropped scorchers on stage 7! No way! Zookas and riflemen go down so easy by his defenses when they are maxed out!
I feel the shield generator is pointless for this particular application. If you had used the shock blaster 3 i feel you would have passed the final round. The instant your defenses are destroyed they can just destroy your HQ. Slowing the attack while doing damage would have given you a far better opportunity to complete the final stage. Anyway, Just my Two cents. Keep the videos coming Ben!

five prototype modules...five...you sound like a crazy villain from a movie dude!
i put the minefield in the back portion of the base (like 2 buildings in front of the hq) so when the giant wave of riflemen arrives they get destroyed by the minefield leaving a few defenses left to kill the grenadiers/ tanks.

With some adjusting i defeated stage 3, I noticed he will use GBE on the same building - so i set those building apart. Over all its not too bad - in the past I only gained 2 prototype modules sometimes 3 >> with this update i gained 5 modules. Stage 4 is like a swarm of 1 million ants on the attack - Doom cannon couldn't even take down a rifleman LOL just kidding.
I think hammerman should unlock one new gunboat ability every stage.
+Thomas Seaver well he kinda does... first stages only barrage/artillery than shocks than critters.

Lvl 7 is way to OP!! I wonder how the top players on the leaderboards did with 8 ice boosted??
move ur hq up a little bit and place the Rockets behind the hq but make sure they can hit the beach
Any way that you can record in 60fps? Would for sure increase video quality. Nonetheless, still love the vids!
You need to remember your level 22 maxed... so for other people whom aren't fully maxed level 21 this is tough.
So close to 100k... You know what that means hahah
Has anyone come across the bases where the HQ is set out way in front, away from the other defensive buildings? My TF and I have come across a couple of these. It's easy money but I'm just wondering what the pay out could be for having a layout like this.

hey Ben one time hammerman was trying to destroy a sniper tower and killed his own heavies hahahhaahaha
he uses gun boat abilities now!!! and tanks also
I won stage 7, had to use a weird base to kill all the rifleman and tanks, in the end there were only grenadiers and they ran out of time cus of the shield generator

I weren't able to beat stage tow but I am just level 41 hq 15 and i have no ice or prototype defences.
damage amplifier on rockets and shock cannon. And boosted ice. I cant think of another way.
try playing them deep but in front of your base with your shock launchers slightly to either side and then a similar set up to what you had. forget about the shield generator. its worthless against hammermann as its designed to stop smokey warrior rushes (probably)
I'm thinking two level 3 shock blasters would be best against Hammerman.
stg 3 only :( never made an effort for my level dfences, will start now :D
Well, if Hammerman uses GBE now then there's no point using economy buildings as a shield for the defences...

i like new hammerman but stage 7 is really hard
make ur base L shaped so that the troops just swing around... make it so that it starts from the bottom left and ends at top right... they will follow the building path

I was gonna ask the same thing, he uploaded this b4 me going to sleep here on the east coast around 12:30 or 1:30 am ie 11:30-12:30 his central time zone meaning theres still like 2:30hours left in volcano island...

Got to stage 6 with only LVL 53 I'm at 860 VP btw, so my defenses aren't great. You just need to boost two ice masterpieces. Failed Four tries on stage 7 though. Those 480 riflemen are bitches.

Oh please. Anybody can get up to stage 4 or 5 without even rearranging their base or boosting ice. You can easily collect way more modules than in any previous Gearheart challenges which actually made you work for them. Not to mention you get infinite tries on Hammerman. I just collected like 18 modules on my first ever new Hammerman. It was easy. But I've only ever beaten Gearheart once. Prototype modules used to be difficult to obtain, now they're handed out like Halloween candy. You all know I'm right, you're just arguing to argue because youtube.
Now everyone is going to have two lvl 3 prototype defences at all times. What's even the point of providing lower levels?
