Your log home will always be a memory of his love for you. I have watched all the episode and i'm so impressed of your skills and the amount of work (omg for sanding logs...). Thanks for sharing. Her giggles made the work worth it. My dad is one of my best friends and I’m 40. I’m so thankful he took the time to make time for me, just as you’ve done for her. She’ll never forget this.

My hometown in Finland is Rovaniemi, right on Arctic Circle, and, believe or not, Santa comes from my hometown, really !!! We have SantaPark there, you can meet Santa there every day, of the year, even Summer! Real Santa comes from Finland, please take your daughter there one day, she will love it! I miss the North Country during the Christmas holiday season (Alaska 1972-1974; U.P. Of Michigan 1974-1983; Black Hills of South Dakota 1991-2019; Minnesota 2019-2022; and the Jemez mountains of North Central New Mexico 2020-2022). I love the northern woods both dark and deep....the stoney mountain crags with their deep and silent keeps....the silent night's frozen dark sky where God's majesty fills the mortal eye....I am humbled to think he would send his only son for one as lowly as I.
