People, don't underestimate her first tip. I do this accidentally on occasions (before ever seeing this video) and it works! When I'm at home trying to get work done but feel uber lazy and am continuously getting distracted by things on the internet, I say to myself, "that's it, I'm going outside to the (cafe or library) to get work done". And most of the time I don't end up leaving my home, because once I change my clothes and do my hair, I almost unconsciously begin hovering around my computer trying to "quickly get some work done before leaving home to get my work done!" Lol, seriously!

Oh my god! This video is like reading a hole book in order to motivate you! And trust I have read a bunch of them! One every time I feel depressed actually... All of them are saying basically the same things but the most important is that you have to remind them at you self.... Now I have the feeling that I don't have to spend another week to read a book in order to remind to myself all these stuff.... Great video Anna. Self belief is huge and the best place to start then buy new stationery, this helps me hugely. I don't mean spend £50 what you can do is grab some crayons colouring pens £4 and a pack of paper from the dollar store or pound store etc and then start brain storming. I have done this a fair few times over the years, I have stabillo .88 pens staedtler triplus chunky and fine liners abundance of sharpies I buy the kits, crayola and inkjoy coloured pens boxed when I lack motivation I pick up a new pack of pens or I go buy cheap posits it makes you wanna use it and therefore work. It slumped around Christmas so I ask for vouchers for Christmas I buy some clothes makeup college uni bag stationery and it gives me that boost to get on with it and get the grades I can be proud of and I watch videos from other medical students (ideal goal) and they inspire me.

I'm in my last year and I really wanna be a doctor and only 1 and nearly half a month is left so I feel like I want to be so productive like I always say this to myself when I finish all my lessons and while returning home that I wont sleep until I finish all of my tasks and study well like I would die to do this but when I get home I'm always soo tired that most of the time I sleep and wake up but i don't have enough time to do all what i wanted to do and I'm so sad about that and sometimes i really want to study but I'm in front of my book and feel like I can't I'm so bored I wanna sleep and that makes me really scared I want to achieve my goal .. can you help me please ? what can I do to move on .. * I don't mean that I don't study but what I mean is that I didn't reach my limit in studying that I'm perfect in it and ready to take an exam * hope you answer me as soon as possible 😔
Hello my friend. I think that by actively reading you will be less likely to get bored and want to sleep because it engages a lot more senses than just visual! :) It sounds to me like you are pushing your body and mind very hard and so please remember that you need to take care of your mental and physical health first - since they are your energy, your power that will allow you to stay focused and study! I am very tired after school also, and so I do most of my studying and homework on the weekends or during lunch break at work. Maybe try to see where else in your schedule can you fit studying? Maybe go to the library for 1 hour after class instead of coming directly home? I hope this was helpful. Don't discourage! You can do it 💐

hosneara tumpa From what I do know, you need to focus on what you're saying and how you're saying it instead of how the audience will react. Their reaction depends on the way you present your work. Warm up. Try tongue twisters or chew a whole packet of gum- I'm serious! Practice pronouncing every letter and be clear and slow with what you say. The gum thing is to exercise your jaw to make it more flexible to pronounce words properly. Breathe from your diaphragm, if your shoulders are moving up and your chest is expanding, you're doing it wrong. Know what you're going to say and don't change it two days before your presentation time. Practice, practice, practice! In front of the mirror, friends, family, a cat, a lamp post. PRACTICE. Hope this helped! Remember, it'll take some time getting used to presenting calmly and properly, don't be too harsh on yourself :) good luck!
I am sorry to hear that you have a hard time with presentations Hosneara. It is normal to get nervous before presenting but you should just imagine that you are speaking to a close friend that you respect. This is what works for me - then I plan my presentation with bullet points and I don't over plan and rehearse everything I'm going to say - I improvise on the spot a bit. This is, in my opinion, what makes one a good presenter - if you know your material, and you believe in yourself - then you can talk about it to anyone. I hope this helps. I'm in my last year and I really wanna be a doctor and only 1 and nearly half a month is left so I feel like I want to be so productive like I always say this to myself when I finish all my lessons and while returning home that I wont sleep until I finish all of my tasks and study well like I would die to do this but when I get home I'm always soo tired that most of the time I sleep and wake up but i don't have enough time to do all what i wanted to do and I'm so sad about that and sometimes i really want to study but I'm in front of my book and feel like I can't I'm so bored I wanna sleep and that makes me really scared I want to achieve my goal .. can you help me please ? what can I do to move on .. * I don't mean that I don't study but what I mean is that I didn't reach my limit in studying that I'm perfect in it and ready to take an exam * hope you answer me as soon as possible 😔
Hello my friend. I think that by actively reading you will be less likely to get bored and want to sleep because it engages a lot more senses than just visual! :) It sounds to me like you are pushing your body and mind very hard and so please remember that you need to take care of your mental and physical health first - since they are your energy, your power that will allow you to stay focused and study! I am very tired after school also, and so I do most of my studying and homework on the weekends or during lunch break at work. Maybe try to see where else in your schedule can you fit studying? Maybe go to the library for 1 hour after class instead of coming directly home? I hope this was helpful. Don't discourage! You can do it 💐

every class I have presentation and I don't know why before my presentation I got so nervous
hosneara tumpa From what I do know, you need to focus on what you're saying and how you're saying it instead of how the audience will react. Their reaction depends on the way you present your work.
Warm up. Try tongue twisters or chew a whole packet of gum- I'm serious! Practice pronouncing every letter and be clear and slow with what you say. The gum thing is to exercise your jaw to make it more flexible to pronounce words properly.
Breathe from your diaphragm, if your shoulders are moving up and your chest is expanding, you're doing it wrong.
Know what you're going to say and don't change it two days before your presentation time.
Practice, practice, practice! In front of the mirror, friends, family, a cat, a lamp post. PRACTICE.
Hope this helped! Remember, it'll take some time getting used to presenting calmly and properly, don't be too harsh on yourself :) good luck!

I am sorry to hear that you have a hard time with presentations Hosneara. It is normal to get nervous before presenting but you should just imagine that you are speaking to a close friend that you respect. This is what works for me - then I plan my presentation with bullet points and I don't over plan and rehearse everything I'm going to say - I improvise on the spot a bit. This is, in my opinion, what makes one a good presenter - if you know your material, and you believe in yourself - then you can talk about it to anyone. I hope this helps.
