Well, yes and no. Saki was activated by a kiss from Kurumi, which leads to Saki having romantic feelings for Kurumi. Therefore, Saki could be perceived as being a lesbian. You could say Kurumi's bi, because she's enamoured with her master (Nakahito, who kissed Kurumi to activate her), and she reciprocates a lot of Saki's feeling for her. Hope this helps.
