What will happen when i over fill my lawn mower engine with oil

It had so much oil in it was going out the crank case vent and going threw the air cleaner then into the motor.
I have never seen this before i am surprised it did not blow the main oil seal on bottom of engine.
400ml of oil it was overfilled.
Just look at how oily the spark plug was must of been blowing a lot of smoke.
