  • Clairalience & Clairgustance (Psychic Smelling & Tasting): Everything You Need to Know
Welcome back to another claire video! I'm combining both clairalience and clairgustance in this video because how you approach them is very similar. They are two of the six psychic claire's and are HOW you receive psychic and intuitive hits. In this video, I talk about what clairalience and clairgustance are, how they are experienced, exercises for strengthening them, and reading techniques! Be sure to watch all of my claire's video series below.

How I memorize the difference: Clairgustance has a 'g" which looks like a mouth and esophagus (I know weird). Leave how you remember to tell the difference below!

For some reason the "gust" part of clairgustance remined me of tongue. That's how I use to distinguish them when I first started learning

The best Way to practice your psychic smell is by working on your THROAT chakra through meditation... I noticed that it increases and smell as well as my psychic taste.👍🏾 It was actually the very first psychic ability to make itself be known for me

I was watching Doja Cat's "Kiss Me More" music video and in one of the scenes she was wearing an orange outfit. When that scene came on, I could taste and smell the color of her clothes! It tasted and smelled sweet and had a cotton candy texture.
Other clairalient and clairgustant experiences i have had are:
    1) I tasted the emotion love. It was a very sweet and warm cozy feeling in the back of my throat
    2) I tasted my personality (charismatic). It tasted like lemons and it felt warm. It also reminded me of the color yellow and the sun
    3) Once I was talking about my sister that passed away and I started to smell her medication

Oh I love this! I might have to use your personality and emotion example in future videos, I never thought to do that!

I use clairgustance in a practical way in cooking all the time. Ive done it since I was very young. I've always been able to very vividly mentally taste foods and mix flavors in my mind. So I almost always can know how something will taste before I've even mixed ingredients.
I've always referred to it as Mind's tongue and have been actively developing it for about 25 years. Its very rare that I make food that I dont like and I tend to make things from all around the world.
Used to drive my sous chef girlfriend absolutely bonkers because she couldn't do it. Id come up with recipes just to try things out from tastes that she'd never even imagine putting together.😂
Never thought of it as anything special tbh, just a sort of taste version of visualization. A skill to develop. Never even knew it had an actual name until recently.
Ive always had it, but the way I developed further it is by collecting a very wide mental catalog of tastes by trying food and seasonings from all over the world. Build the data points in which to reform the memories from. Break each one down into individual ingredients if you can. After a while, you'll be able to mix and combine, or subtract various parts.
I also do this with music too, clairaudience being by far my strongest mental ability and me improvising counterpoint and harmonies on the fly to songs I've never even heard before.
Heres a good mental exercise for minds tongue:
Think of two very distinct tastes that you know very well. For the first, lets go with peanut butter. Deeply imagine the taste of it and the texture. Hold that on your mind's tongue for a moment.
Now imagine some of your favorite chocolate. Feel the smoothness of the texture as it melts on your minds tongue.
Now bring the two flavors together. Find the perfect taste balance between peanut butter and chocolate. Feel the silky smoothness of the combination. Sweet, earthy, slightly bitter, nutty.
Now... add a pinch of salt.
    Got it? Taste it? Good.
The more data points you have for the specific flavor, the easier it is to mix. The more familiar with that flavor, the more data points you have to draw the memory from.
One more exercise: take that nice peanut butter chocolate with its slight hint of saltiness and lets add a completely contrasting flavor.
So imagine it drizzled over vanilla ice cream. cold, sweet smooth, chocolatey and nutty. Just a little more salt to balance everything out. Just so you can just barely taste it.
Nice right? Now comes the contrast. Ready? Stay with me on this one because its gonna sound really odd.
Drizzle just a very small amount of good quality balsamic vinegar. Deeply sweet, sharply sour, a slightly bitter and acidic kick to it.
Now taste them all together. In the right amounts, you'll find that the tastes compliment and layer.
Now go try it in the real. 😊

Great video! My strongest Claire is definitely Clairalience! I actually didn't know about it until two months ago, I did notice how gradually during the years I started to have a super sense of smell but never connected it to a psychic ability, until I became overwhelmed, it's like I gained a dog nose overtime! I came across this Claire and it all made sense! I did taste it on some occasions as well so not sure if I also have clairgustance, although for me it does feel like both are well connected. Thank you for your tips, I'll definitely practice the exercises as I'm eager to learn how to control it. 💚

That's so cool how it slowly developed for you! These two are definitely lesser developed in most so I love that it's so strong for you!

recently, i saw an image of a candle, and instantly, i smelled a vanilla candle scent and felt a sorta warm tingle on the tip of my nose. that was what lead me to connect the dots of my past clairalient experiences and realize my clairalience

I smelled something with a toasted smell yesterday in the kitchen. Made me think the toaster or oven was on accidentally but it wasn’t. I didn’t even use it since the morning and it was already nighttime. Then a moment later, the broom I had leaning in the kitchen fell over. Made me wonder.

As a small practice, I tried to guess which card you would pull first other than the orange or yellow. I picked blue and then you pulled the blue card and said the words “you were right”. So amazing. I always enjoy these kind of things. Thanks for sharing.

I can smell my dads cologne, my departed dog on a regular. Recently sweet floral and incense in the middle of the night. Also I taste blood when in battlefields. It’s crazy when it hits me.

I have Clairlience but I don't remember experiencing clairgustance. I'll have to keep that one in mind. Love the video! I don't know what but I notice something from you right away as soon I started watching. Trying to figure what that thing is lol. Clairaudience and Claircognizance are more frequent for me, although clairalience does happen frequently for me.

Lol I get smells all the time no one else smells. Some I'm familiar with, and associate with people that have past. Others I have no evidence of it but no one else can smell them lol
I'd love a mediation for it 😂 because it's STRONG with me

I get the strongest “random” cravings! Obscure foods and drinks. Sometimes I wonder if I am picking up other people’s meal plans or cravings … alive or dead - the people, not sure 😂

Does the moon cycles affect your gift at all???

    • @PsychicLauryn
      @PsychicLauryn  2 роки тому

I only recently started paying attention to the moon cycles so I'll have to see! As a general rule though I believe that if you think it will affect you, it will. And if you don't think so, it won't!
