I loved the whole EP, listened to it all the way to school, in school breaks and back. This one specifically reminds me of undertale and that scene where Frisk 'spaces out' with Napstablook. It makes me feel so calm and nostalgic, while still making it feel fresh IT'S AMAZING !!!

hi Robbie! i dont know if you're gonna see this but if you do i wanna tell you that your music has helped me through so much. I get such comfort and strength from your songs. my dad has a lot of health problems and has been in and out of the hospital for a few years, my parents don't get along, one of them has anger issues, the stress and anxiety makes it so hard to live my life. your album worm food last year came out at a brilliant time when my dad had just gone back in the hospital. your songs made me feel at home again. Laundry day is my favorite. your new songs are coming at a good time now too. I plan to come out to everyone as transgender very soon. I see this as a good sign and I think I'm ready. thank you so much for putting your heart into your music and sharing it with the world. I'm a painter I hope to make paintings as beautiful as your music someday. ❤

THE NEW ALBUM IS HERE ❤
Two years ago I went no contact from my mother after a long history of emotional baggage and emotionally charged decisions. I ended up giving her radio silence unless absolutely necesarary and I often think about how it may affect her. This song hits me in a very specific way because the lyrics remind me of how she might feel about our relationship now. I did not expect to get this emotional over a song for basically only drawing connections in my head.
My bestie doesn't listen to Cavetown,but this song reminds me of her:The sounds because they remind me of space and computer science,and she's studying these types of things in school,I think she'll choose engineering at university? She doesn't know it yet,but I know it will be science-related. And because she made a new friend a month ago,but it's one-sided (at least for now),when the songs says like "I hope she'll be back at my moon" or something like that.

This song feels like losing a pet, or being close to losing one. "Maybe my baby will visit it soon" and "I've done the best that a mother can do" reminds me way too much of having to euthanize a pet because their health is too bad and there's just nothing left to do
The entire vibe of the song feels like drifting down a rabbit hole while holding your little guy in your arms as they sleep, and you know they don't have much time left
