- We were out at the flea market looking for deals to flip on ebay. It was going sort of slow, but then this happened! It's wild finding this many video games out at the flea market in 2023. Both Sega Genesis and Nintendo games and consoles were up for grabs!

Exactly.
The worst part is them either going off of google/ebay LISTINGS or showing you an active listing. I just had a yard sale last weekend with my unsold inventory and sold some good stuff for super cheap. I know other people resell other than me around town and you have to allow them a profit margin for them to be able to make money, which is what I did.
Facts even if youre not a reseller some people go to yardsales for deals if i want to buy ebay priced stuff ill just shop on ebay. You dont even get that after fees
I went to a sale about a month ago and a lady had $50 on a Wii guitar and comped out to Amazon.

great video, this is why it is important to have a main niche that you know alot about. its good to know alot about everything but its hard to pay up for stuff if you dont really know what you're buying. the sellers prices would've scared off 80% of most resellers

That guy with all the games and everything knew what he had and what it was selling for on eBay, And even said if he listed it on eBay he always prices his stuff cheaper than everyone else, And I don’t know why resellers don’t do that so they can still make good money and move their stuff,But most all of y’all that pick and resell look at eBay prices and price y’all stuff as high or even higher than other people,Just seems like greed to me,Y’all want a deal but you don’t give other people a deal unless it sets there for a while
@pro picker @3:50 i will just pass sellers like that , on flea market he speaks about ebay , i will skip him in second, he can go there and sell then, if game worth on ebay 60 and he put price on flea market 45 there is nothing left for you, you need to be on 15-20$ to buy that , too expensive i will not eaven lose time looking on what he have

I can only speak for myself, but regarding your question "why do people watch" is because of your expert eye on finding value in items to resell. I like to watch and live vicariously, as I can't go out there like you do. You also love a lot of the same things as I do. As for you and Jess' personality, you both seem really geniunely nice, down-to-earth, and don't take yourselves too seriously. I honestly never thought I would like watching someone buying stuff at thrift stores/yard sales, but you guys provide some relaxation and escape from my own life for 20 mins at a time. I found basically the same sega lot at goodwill of all places for $150. 31 clamshell games with manuals and a system. The system I sold for parts the games all worked but one and I ended up getting around $700. Great score.

Would you care to link the type of shelving that you used in your new place? I recently finished a room for my eBay store so that I can get it more organized and bought one metal shelving unit already from Home Depot and it turned out to be complete garbage. Also what size totes do you use to maximize the number of totes you can fit per shelf?

Doesn’t shipping depend on how far you live? Like I’m in NJ and it’s more if I sell to California. So if you do free shipping, it varies right?
It does vary, you bake an estimate of it into the cost when offering free shipping. Usually, we might come up a dollar or lose a dollar, but it typically works out pretty even.
