Thank you for visiting us, Siem Reap relies heavily on tourism, we're glad you're enjoying your time here. We hope your videos will bring even more awareness to Cambodia, attracting many more Singaporean visitors!
this is my first time seeing a travel vlog in this format and i must say, it was super informative and the music was very relaxing. The video was short but thorough haha. Thank you for visiting Cambodia!
Welcome to Cambodia!😄I came across your video on my youtube and the video title caught my eyes as I see the word Cambodia. There isn's much video like yours sharing a travelling vlog showing case a such relaxing and aesthetic vibe of you travelling in Cambodia. I hope you enjoy Cambodia with a warm welcome from our people.🙏Hope you will revisit Cambodia and share your experience with your loves one and friends. Thank you for your amazing video and I really enjoy watching it. Making me missing home too while watching your video. 🥰
Hello! Fellow Singaporean here who also just visited Cambodia last month to visit a friend. I only went Phnom Penh and had similar itinerary. So glad to see another Singaporean who’s brave to do solo trips like these. Lovely! Thanks for sharing
I love winding down before bed with one of your videos. The calming visuals and soothing sounds are incredibly relaxing, and they really help me clear my mind and drift off to sleep peacefully. ☺
Hello, I have just come across your video. Currently I am studying outside of the country(I am Cambodian), so I always check out some vlog videoes and came across yours! Thank you very very much for visiting Cambodia, you see not many people know about us and we feel so happy if tourists enjoy their stay in Cambodia. And thank you for pointing out that insensitive tourist. However, he should've also considered more, no one want to be poor, but there are many unfair treatment in Cambodia, so what else can they do *sigh* .Sorry for talking to you about this, anw I hope you will come again next time too! This is for everyone who want to visit beside you, there is someone who had already talked about it but I would like to add some more. If you are considere visiting Cambodia and have a budget, you can enjoy local guest houses and small hotel. Of course, if you feel unsafe you still can try out the top hotel, but yes it will be a bit pricey. Further more, you can choose the hotel near the Night Market since you can enjoying the scenery and can walk back at night. As a female myself, I would also feel afraid to travel at night too. But, I can guarantee you in SR there are rarely any cases happened. Mainly becuz there are so many tourists at night, so you can enjoy walking at night without pressure. However, I can understand how everyone think cuz everywhere is the same, there will be unpredictable out come and thus yes please becareful at night. Further more, you can have anything beside A Mok too. Cambodian cuisines are mainly focus on the combination of everythings, so there are many flavor in a dish. Don't be afraid, try out the foods! I am highly recommend it. If you are afraid about the price, you can check it out at the local stores. It will cost 1/3 or 1/2 of the hotel price. Thank you again for visiting us and thank you for those who will read my long ass cmt(ehem, my apologies). I am looking forward to your other videoes too! New fan added hehehe
Thank you so much for your detailed take on your country! Yes my experience will be different from others’ ✨🙂 if I were to go back, I’ll definitely try less expensive places, especially in Siem Reap!
There is so much content in this video - I think you could have made 2 episodes and still be amazing. Quite brave of you to go alone on the trip, but it must have been a terrific learning journey and quality alone time which we all need! I missed Angkor Wat and agree that you definitely need a tour guide to explain the history of the sites. The food prices seem to be not cheap at all!
Hi great video. Yeah no need for words it was all written down which was perfect however would have been nice to see your face. My first trip there in less than two weeks. Feeling a range of different emotions about going there
Kudos. Thank you for sharing! That's exactly what I'm searching for, luxury hotels and fancy dining. I heard Sihanoukville Beach is fun and relaxing too. 😊
Nice vlog! Im a solo traveler too. You should try to go to Yogyakarta on your next trip. It is pretty near from SG but total worth it la hahaha. +bonus if you like history and thrifting.
If you ever coming to Phnom Penh again, I would recommend 3 restaurant you might want to try it. +Krovanh(Khmer Food), Amok Snail is a MUST TRY. +Trattoria Bello (Pizza), they have great pasta and pizza. +Le Manolis(French food), they have a wide variety of wine selection with all kind of budget. (Should ask for the wine recommendation that goes well with the food you order.)
I have not been to Cambodia for 3 years and seeing this video made me feel so relieve. About your remark on the tour guy words on the boat ride, I would give you an applause. He is such an ignorant, he doesn’t even know people have different living condition and not everyone is blessed like others.

Wow you spent a lot in Cambodia. I guess you mostly went to premium-luxury places. It is good to splurge sometimes. What do you like most about Cambodia?
Fellow SG here! Great content! I think its hard to find many videos from Sporeans on Cambodia! Gonna take up the recom at Charney tree. Btw, did you travel around by Grab or Tuk Tuk, and on average did you spend more with cash you changed or with cards?
Very enjoyable. I don't understand how you can stay so thin... Production values excellent and the music was very nice. Only complaint would be that you showed the text too quickly, it needs to be left up a few seconds longer. Cheers from Australia.
i admire your bravery going to cambodia alone, i am a vietnamese but i don't really think i can do solo in cambodia. also i am really surprised that the food and coffee there are more exp compared to HCM :D
few surprises I got, see a solo female trip vlog to Cambo in my recommendation, the price of each food (can relate on the drink price at the bar) and the total price you spend for the trip ahhahahhah. there're actually many good food places + affordable just like Hawker centers, but I think it might be a bit hard for tourists to search for since uncle/aunties not that much promoting on internet lol, but you can find most of them in the markets. Cambo might not be safe safe like SG but it's not that dangerous either, you just have to be extra cautious like your phone and bag from being snatch, just don't show off too much and avoid sketchy area, too late night out then you're fine. Being cautious is common thing when travelling, It's not much differ from other countries. and for transportation, it's much better to book by app like Grab so they can't overpriced you just bc you foreigner. SR is pretty safe, beautiful and peaceful. As a local, when stress ah, just wanna go live there away from the bustling crowded city ahhahhahha. and I especially love SR during festival because it's so pretty and many interesting events. I'm glad you enjoy your trip, I really enjoy this vid and your other vids.
You sound like you travel to Cambodia a lot!! I love SR a lot too, even without the festivals cause it’s so chill! And yes need to always exercise common sense safety when overseas 😅

5.52 bucks for a trip to Angkor wat as a foreigner? That's a good deal! I usually spend around 15 - 20 when I go and I'm a local. Good for you!
I had a discount online 😄

Haha thank you! ✨ And yes the good prices aren’t cheap at all, partly because I didn’t really eat at non-restaurant places 😅

Wow you spent a lot in Cambodia. I guess you mostly went to premium-luxury places. It is good to splurge sometimes. What do you like most about Cambodia?
I enjoy this video and visiting Cambodia alone isn’t so bad like how the media portray it to be. 😊
Yes I had a good time in Cambodia, nothing as bad as what is seen in the media 🙂
How introvert trending and making vlog lol
Fellow SG here! Great content! I think its hard to find many videos from Sporeans on Cambodia!
Gonna take up the recom at Charney tree. Btw, did you travel around by Grab or Tuk Tuk, and on average did you spend more with cash you changed or with cards?
I travelled around by tuktuk! It’s way cheaper and faster 🙂 I used cash because I had an excess, I’m not toooo sure if cards is widely accepted!
love the vibe there!!🙌
Thank you 😄

Hello where do you book the angkorwat tour?
Hello! I booked it from Klook (I used my cash back that’s why it’s cheap!)
Siem Reap is so safe.
Yes it is! I felt really safe there, perhaps cause there’s a lot of tourists 😅
Wow you’re really brave to go on a solo trip just like this. As in introvert, I would freak out of my safety as an only female 😅
I think solo trips work super well for introverts actually 😂 I can do whatever I like alone ~ but yes it also means being hyper vigilant!
few surprises I got, see a solo female trip vlog to Cambo in my recommendation, the price of each food (can relate on the drink price at the bar) and the total price you spend for the trip ahhahahhah. there're actually many good food places + affordable just like Hawker centers, but I think it might be a bit hard for tourists to search for since uncle/aunties not that much promoting on internet lol, but you can find most of them in the markets. I live at cambodia!
Is it just me or that it seems more cozier and a bit more modern than phnom pehn?
I thought Siem Reap was defo way more chill! Think Phnom Penh is more modern oops hahah
I love this video so much💗.
Thank you 💖✨
Hello. Can I check how you booked for the temples tour in Siem Reap?
Hello, I booked through Klook 🙂
@@IronicHomebody thank you
Welcome to Cambodia sweetie
How many hours is sufficient for Angkor Wat?
The Angkor Wat is pretty huge and includes far flung temples. I think 2-3 hours is sufficient for the main compound!
Amazing 10/10 could do with more cinematic b-roll for 11/10
Thank you for your kind words! 🙃
Is it easy to book an Angkor wat tour the night before?
Hm I’m not too sure, you can check if there are next day tours on Klook, where I got my tours 🙂
Hi there! Can u share the ang kor wat tour link pls 😬
good job visiting cambodia
i love mango salad
See you Cambodia ❤
What country are you going next
Hi. When is the rainy season?
Also, how is the air quality in SR?
Thanks
I think the rainy season is end of year? The air quality seems fine actually!
The rainy season in Cambodia typically runs from June to October or November. If you are planning a trip, the best time to visit would be from November to February, which are the coolest months and also feature the Water Festival and National Boat Racing. However, if you wish to celebrate our National Khmer Songkran New Year, it falls on April 13-16, which is a hot but worthwhile time to visit.
For the air quality in Siem Reap is better than in Phnom Penh.
@@IronicHomebody Thanks!
@@happyStudio-02 Thank you!
Siem Reap has the best air quality, it is so green, no manufacturing industry and located in conservative area, surrounded mainly by forest and park.
