What are the lot sizes, and do all the homesites have the “RV gate”? Does the HOA allow a boat, or travel trailer etc to be stored on the side of the house? Thanks
Hi David. So they have two areas you can choose for lots. The smaller lots are around 5,200 square feet, and the model from the video is in the larger series of lots which are closer to 8,400 square feet. The Leslie models in the larger lots have a three-car garage as well instead of just the two car. The RV gate is a very small upgrade, and you can store anything you want behind there, but the catch is that you're not supposed to be able to see it sticking up over the fence. So an ATV, pop-up tent trailer or possibly a smaller boat should be fine. But large boats that are taller, big travel trailers, etc likely wouldn't be able to be stored there.
