M5 to 530e... Living With A Plug In Hybrid, BMW 530e Road Trip Review!

- So I got a replacement for the M5 for a little while, here is the BMW 530e I got as a coutesy car whilst the car was getting some work done.
With this roadtrip its interesting to understand what the car is actually like to live with being that I am a proper petrolhead.. Can the 530e be good enough to live up to my expectations?
This is my first time living with a plug in hybrid car and I think the whole experience will help me know if I like it or not.

Enjoyed the estate! But it doesn't compare to our M5😍 love taking you to all the food spots!
Love estates comes in useful soo many times. The mpg seems unreal on this
It is good to have an estate but honestly this isn't the one I would get 😅🤣
The MPG honestly is only good when you charge up the battery. Otherwise if you saw the rest of the video it's pretty bad for a "eco" car
@@mrgcc plug in hybrids are designed for short journeys for that they are amazing
At that point I just think why not just stay either full electric and be much smaller or be much better on fuel if you are going to do long distances 🤣
Maybe a diesel hybrid is the right blend 🤔🤷🏻
