I mostly get them too. I think maybe it relies on progressing anomaly events. I have provoked the void a few times and captured entities for research. This colony was going about two in game years before the revenant showed up. Hope that helps :)
I'm in awe by how there was barely any friendly fire to fuck up pawn relations in the colony.

@MaxMoments15 you can put many electro inhibitors around it, you know. I personally have SEVEN revenants currently in my base.

@@Konnfoy after you get a certain amount of basic entities you can level up the monolith.
