Sometimes, you really need that hope that everything will be okay, like i just got out of the dark - was able to avoid getting homeless and moved to a new home, had to deal with liver cirrhosis but now my values are better again and i'm not in danger of death anymore.
People forget That piano is about fun and fulfilling dream.. they worry more about it being perfect. I love that you are playing whole heartedly and playing amazing! And Out in the nature !!!
This is genuinely so good.. I can imagine this in a movie where the protagonist discovers a harsh truth about something they truly believed in. A short piano piece but it evokes so much emotion. Good job 👏
This piece has a truthfull talent to it the rythm is perfect and your in suspense of what is going to come next in the song it is truthfully a fresh way and a hopefull pavement in piano.

It's a nice song, but you need to turn down your low-end (a lot). It's washed out in bass with no highs & mids - like you're playing underwater. -2 cents

@@pianopulse That's great. It's an ongoing thing I keep hearing with really great artists nowadays. Gibran Alcocer is the worst. I wish I could let him know how his great songs sound so drowned out in low-end. I was a studio musician for 25+ years and worked behind the mixing boards the entire time with my engineers in some of the best studios. Today, everyone is using their iPhones and/or software to mix, whereas in my day it was tape and DAT (the 90s) haha. It drives me crazy hearing some of the new(er) neo-classical stuff so drowned out with no 'peaks & valleys' as we used to call them. The only one I see that takes this into consideration is Tony Ann. (I know you know each one of these musicians I mention:) The song itself is very good, and I wish you the best. Piano is something one feels, not plays - just as all instruments are. I'm retired now, and love seeing what all the new people are doing on Social Media, and you hit my UA-cam feed so it was nice to see what you've done :)
Yeah I think with more modern artists they’re going for a more muted piano sound, something that emulates an acoustic piano with felt in between the hammers and strings. I happen to love that sound but it’s hard to find a vst that sounds real enough. Most of them sound really muddy and gross in the low end and barely audible highs. Check out the song “Butterflies” by Tony Anderson - he records his actual piano with felt and it’s the most beautiful sound I’ve ever heard. I want to learn how to record my acoustic piano and try to get that kinda sound. But that might take years to perfect. As for your last point, thank you so much :) I appreciate you checking my stuff out and giving some feedback!
