- Hello! I decided to document my first typhoon experience living alone in Japan. Honestly this video is like 10% typhoon footage and 90% me doing stupid things in my pajamas. I hope you enjoy this chaotic yet cozy day in my life :D

Best thing you can do is expose yourself to the language as much as possible. Which is a little unfortunate for me currently learning Norwegian, because there's not a lot of Norwegian content. But you seem to be doing pretty well, keep it up!

Very first day I arrived in Japan we had the biggest earthquake of the three years I lived there. I was standing the lobby of a building, leaning up against a wall, and watching potted plants rapidly sway back and forth like they were dancing a crazy jig. Very weird feeling. I was too far north to see much in the way of typhoons, though.

I'm learning japanese by myself now, and your linguistics ramble actually made me look at it in a different way, because i was also in a mindset that everything has to be perfect before i actually use it. also your japanese videos on your main channel are really helpful, i was actually so happy when i was first able to understand some full sentences that you said lol

I know what its like to be alone in a foreign country, but you have done so well in learning Japanese, your flat looked nice to. typhoon the hurricane of the other side of the world. As a storm chase I always find videos of storms interesting. What software do you use for video editing?
