I believe in reforming immigration to allow professionals (students that can be placed with a job) to stay in this country. I suggest Fei-Fei apply AI research to reduce healthcare cost (improve quality of life) and construct a more efficient government.

I don’t see where Feifei Li tried to avoid a direct answer about her background. I have known her parents very well by joining a Chinese Chorus for years and they were quiet people, very kind with low key, and they were very simple Chinese immigrant from China. Feifei’s parents have been very supportive for her career pursuit. I would guess her success was because that Feifei was a teenager already when she came to USA, she had very good foundation built by her parents while they lived in China. She worked very hard on her own since she had seen her parents were not rich, and could not speak English well and just had jobs to make the family surviving. I am same generation as her parents and had similar experiences as Chinese immigrants, and so I know beside her lucky, she had tried very hard in order to reach where she is today. Her parents have been supported her with all they could have.
