I have gluten and dairy intolerance ( and many other intolerances). Sprouts has Good Pop GF and DF ice cream sandwiches. Absolute heaven.

I really enjoyed your grocery haul. I do wish that we had a Sprouts around here, I bet I would love it. Publix is the closest of my favorite grocery stores to me, but I also love shopping at Trader Joe’s & Whole Foods!

Have you ever tried asparagus wrapped in ham or bacon and cheese with a drizzle of oil and cooked in oven? Tasty snack! Me, being a truly basic cook it’s easy as 😁… what is pompomous? Idk if that’s even spelt correctly.. I have not heard of that flavour here in Australia ..
