That’s cool! I never saw this before. I wonder if it’s that easy to set the bias with other amps . . . because this seems like a major selling point if it’s harder with other amps. Love the endoscope idea too!
Awesome. Thanks for the demo. QUESITON: Is there any reason to worry about getting oil on the tubes or fuse? Oil from our skin? In some applications you want to wear gloves when dealing with oils and glass that will heat up. Just curious.
I hate when i leave my amp on. I do it far too often. It's so quiet running. Just had to order some tubes yesterday - damn those things are getting expensive. let's go brandon and fk trudeau. Rock on, bro.
I know you have a Princeton reverb. Have you never needed to change tubes in that one? I was under the impression the Princeton was an amp that needed to be biased. I'm also thinking that it wouldn't be as easy as this Revv.
@@landonbailey thanks for replying. I’ve read where different manufacturers tubes can make a difference in an amp’s tone. Probably as true swamp ash being better than mahogany! 🙄🤪
Some amps don't require a bias, my Hamstead Artist 20RT does not....but the big brother Artist 60RT DOES. I don't think my ToneKing Imp MKII doesn't either. Always check manual.
Great little amp. Thanks for the instruction on the Biasing.
I like the idea of a headphone socket very cool

Have the 100p mkii. Pretty much the same process with 2 bias points instead of the 1
🎸👍

I don’t know

All tune amps should have that bias adjustment simplicity.

I haven't had to change a tube so far on my Blue Princeton. I don't believe it has the easy access bias points and would be more work
0:54 does it have a setting for detecting the endo the world?
Did you notice any differences in your amp after replacing the tubes?
it makes sound now! but in terms of tone with the power tubes before, no

I have a clear bias towards REVV!
So these days it’s the mustang bass and tv yellow les Paul you’re keeping
Do other amps have those bias test ports? I've never seen them
Some have easy access, some you have to take apart much more to bias. Some you don't have to bias at all. There are many configs to making a tube amp.

Its pretty clear that this video is Biased.
