By spousal sponsorship, do you mean PR sponsorship? And with PR sponsorship should one also apply for dual intent visa?
Self is a Canadian citizen. My son is Canadian citizen working in Toronto. I live mostly in India. My wife retired from her job. Her PR expired 5 years back. As per agencies in india, it's impossible to renew PR outside canada or get a PRTD and too late to apply for renewal of PR. Is this correcr? Other options suggested by them are spousal visa or parent/ grandparent visa or visitor visa. What is the best option?
We applied for Visitor visa, providing AOR copy and Sponsor Eligibility copy....and a letter detailing family reunification and dual intent....still officer rejects saying he doesn't believe the applicant will return. Sponsor is citizen and confirming this, yet the Visa Officer in Abu Dhabi rejects the visa....racisim..ignorance... I wonder what it is...and there is no one to speak to or complain to. The officer says, you are coming to stay with your spouse, thats not temporary stay, so im refusing your stay.

Sir I got my AOR before marriage and now I married (outside Canada) and I added my wife as my dependent in my on going PR file. my PR file is in process under PNP Non Express Entry, am I eligible to apply for her Open Work Permit (outside Canada) to join me in Canada as soon as possible because Non Express Entry have 13 months approx processing time, it too much. ????

Hello goodday can someone help please? my wife did a inland spousal sponsorship application and work permit on September 15, 2023. We received Aor December 9, 2023, got biometric request on January 25, 2024 did the biometrics same day. Then got medical request February 15, did the medical same day. On March 8, 2024 we received pre arival letter, then on March 12, received sponsors eligibility letter, we didn't hear back from immigration for 2 months ontill 2 days ago we received BLV, then yesterday I received a Email saying that I'm approved for work permit and it's issued me, and will be in my mailbox soon. My question is, how much longer I will have to wait for FR? dew to the fact that I wait almost 10 months for workpermit.
