Finally wait is over. HadesROM Q v1.0 is the first ever OneUI 2.5 ROM for our galaxy s8, galaxy s8+ and galaxy note8.
Rom is based on Android 10.
Security Patch: December 2020
I used this ROM. HadesROM Q is smooth. I did not find any bugs. Battery performance is slightly reduced. Interface is nice. Lot of added features. It's deknoxed.

Before proceeding: Install twrp and root galaxy s8/s8+: • [2020] Install TWRP an...
In this tutorial:
• Download Hades Q v1.0 rom (link below last)
• Tranfer the file to sdcard or otg
• Boot into twrp
• format data
• Wipe cache, dalvik cache, system, data • Install - sdcard/otg - select the zip - swipe
• Proceed to the Aroma Installer and Complete Process
• Reboot system
• Download Magisk zip(link below)
• Boot into TWRP & flash Magisk
• Open Magisk
• enable 'Magisk Hide' and Add 'systemless Hosts' Module
• Hide Google Playstore and Google Play services in Magisk Hide
• Verify Root

hello, sorry if i disturb you, i would like to install rom q on my note 8. since they are in stock I have to install the twrp first through odin, then start in recovery mod at this point I do format data and all the wipes, but I have to flash these files no-verity-opt-encrypt-6.1.zip, RMM_Bypass_v3_corsicanu. zip. I am a bit confused, if possible you could write me a detailed list to install the twrp and the rom hades q1. thank you so much for the time you will dedicate to me!
You are right. you have to flash those zips immediately after installing TWRP. Watch my video on twrp installation. It may help.

you can use either otg(pendrive/usb) or SD card, because Internal will be wiped during the process
