Subbed.
Wow, what an amazing jam! Love the kick drum rhythm! The mix is so clean, do you record stereo out from your mixer?
Cool
Immediate subscription ✌️ super!!
Yeah bro!
Dope!!!!!
APB ProRack nice, do you think it adds a lot of sound to your production?
PS: I am so in love with the OTO BOUM damn. Sometimes its compression reminds me of the ebbe und flut
shufflephunk, sorry for late answer first of all.. The APB are transparent so it doesn’t add any color, but it has a nice headroom and have a lot of functions despite its size.. I haven’t heard the Ebbe and flut, must check it out, but the boum is a nice little machine.
Would anyone recommend the BOUM over the Analog Heat for an end of chain master for electronic live performances?
Excellent! Great performance! What's the (master) sequencer?
Taka Takata it’s sequenced by Ableton!
like it too, nice mixing desk ? APB ?
Hey and thanks! Nice spotted, its an APB!
This is great! Curious about that mixing board, I'm on the verge of pulling the trigger on a MIXWIZ 4 14:4:2 do you love this board?
I really like the APB. It’s transparent with a lot of functions and channels for that size. One thing to keep in mind is that it lacks aux returns (you’re supposed to use the normal channels). As a workaround all my FXs goes directly to my AD converters, since I’m only using it for recording in the studio.
@@MikaForsling No direct outs? I really like that mixer "speck electronics ssm 24" has 8 aux. But is only line in for synths no XLR unfortunately.
PS: I also have a tanzbar and would love to know how to program the first two melodies. But I cannot seem to find any information on it. Do you happen to have any quick info? I can make the sounds in the sequencer but I cannot change lenght or pitch(C/D/E etc.) or whatever options there are.
Also I have a hard time finding out how to change the Toms to the other sound. Since I believe that is possible.
I like the BAM and it sounds vintage for sure. But let me ask you this - every demo Ive heard, it has fairly hard reflections, like you're in a large tile room. Is this accurate? Can you adjust that? Thanks for the video even though you gave me motion sickness. :)
Very Good! Which Controller for Perfourmer?
Wow
Mika it is almost the end of May! ;)
Haha, sure indeed!
Douuude your killing it!!! What's doing the melodic sequencing? Serious FAT! (kinda funny the DSI P12 is so observant) Cool echos!
This sounds so lush and warm, is everything going through the OTO BAM or are you also using something else for reverb?
Hey, the lush verb are from the BAM. I also have a BX-20 I mainly use on basses, drums or anything else that needs some springs.
@@MikaForsling Thanks :)
mind melting gear! seems strange to sum it thru that mixer.. this setup deserves a good desk
Very nice! What's that mixer?
Sorry for late answer Eivind. Its an APB H1020.
@@MikaForsling thanks man, I found out already 😁👍
Hi Mika, have you got any suggestions on how to calibrate your Perfourmer? MK2 Mine has some tuning instabilities.
Hi Matt, not really.. Does the oscillators have bad intonation between octaves, or whats happening? Write directly to Vermona and ask for help.
Great stuff! What audio interface are you using? Do you record all tracks separate? Thanks
Seems to be Fireface UFX with ferrofish 16.
Mika! Sounds so clear! what mixer is that?
iguisard it’s an APB mixer!
you must have a SND acme 4 for sync right ?
Do you have an external step Sequenzer? Or Just your DAW? Nice mix - 👌
PHIL OXERA, I’m using Ableton with a Push for sequencing. I tend to do pretty long sequences with uneven measures so it gets to fiddly with external sequencers..
@@MikaForsling love your stuff! you need more views for such good and authentic stuff!!! thank you for sharing
What mixer do you have? I need something like this
Made In Machines, it’s an APB H1020!
Whats the name of the mixer youre using?
It`s an APB H1020!
You should take commission for selling the perfourmer!
Well, thats a vintage synth paradise you have there, awesome sound, but a steady camera would be better IMHO, im getting dizzy by looking ;-)
Denis Polic, haha, I got dizzy playing as well.. but my gear are spread out so I couldn’t cover it with a static camera!
deadly
Give him some water...
Nicee jam. Love to see somebody uses his machines through a whole mix and it sounds well :) The Vermona is fat, can you bring Jupiters or Junos low registers to the game next time and please use a sharp sync or rising ring-mod with your arp ;) Can imagine that fit´s well. Well done and something useful in my opinion.
4N4LOG Thanks! Haha, ill see what I can do.. My Jupiter4 almost went up in smoke the other day, when the battery caused a fire, so it’s probably taking a while for my tech to restore it.. But if(hopefully WHEN) it gets back from the dead I’d love to use it for some bassy stuff!
@@MikaForsling Have issues on my Juno with batteries too, I can only work via midi and an editor to store the stuff
It sounds like it’s time for a battery replacement.. Do it soon so you’re not risking a leaking battery. I replaced my Juno battery with an ordinarie button cell, and it was a pretty easy operation..
I am dizzy watching
A real jam, just not that perfect like a finished song, some smaller accidents (you just recognize if you watch the video), great sounds, a jam like it should be: A gem. :)
The downvoters hate shaky-cam.
Need 10cc's of dramamine STAT!
Good tune, tho.
)))))VIIIIIIIIBE(((((
Jean-Michel Jarre !!! Hahaha. Good works !
Haha, thanks!
Music is great but the visuals are hard to look at, very restless.
how many knobs do you want to tweak bloke? unacceptable.
All this gear for three notes and a shaker
Yes, rather three great sounding notes and a shaker, than a symphony of shitty ones, as my father always says..
