    Sir ye kegal exercise bhaut beneficial h mera stomach hmesha upset rhta tha kyuki mjhe poop ko feeling aati thi harr vakt jiske vjh se mei fresh hjaya karta tha aur gas vgara alag bann jati thi khaya piya lagta nahi tha kyuki pelvic muscle weak thi...
