It only show 9 location for Mary's Teaching. The last 10th should be the first teaching you get after you follow the firstborn for a cross. It in the bunker area

How do i activate these? do i have to do it in order or can i just find one and listen to it?

As far as I know you just hunt them down in whatever order but they always give you the messages in the same order. As for activating them, just hover your crosshairs over the mark until it lights up in full.
