Her hips had been misaligned in the accident, and the chiropractor fixed it for her.
Patient's head is rotated 180 degrees, and facing their back. Chiropractor cracks every single bone in their body but doesn't fix the head. Truly, the greatest to ever do it

Yeah, I noticed that too, and I'm kinda into it. But mostly it's the eyes that make her smile so charming.
