After watching this movie, I realized why people speak so much about his acting. The Great artist Amitabh sir..
Dont go for casting..... Go for content and message...... That what a good movie teaches.... Fake acting should not be a moral but the moral should be what you learn from that
@@sarlakparmaa461 Yup absolutely ❤️
Very true। , he is great actor really
@@sarlakparmaa461 yes that's also true
Phir bhi gutka ka ad karte hai ajay Devgan jaisa jo accha nhi hai
That final scene where the lady constable shakes hand with Amitabh Bachchan was poignant. It was as if she expressed gratitude to him on behalf of all the women for redeeming their faith in the judiciary.
Yes this shows respect to him because he shows respect to all women unlike men like Rajveer Singh
Meaning of poignant pls 🤣
Indeed...
@@UdaySingh-im4hd Poignant means touching/moving/heart-rending/emotional...
Awosame 👍
That speech " No means no" touched my 🥺❤️.
A big salute to all those advocates and officials who stand always for truth and justice.
Big B is just matchless.. no words to describe him. Just LEGEND.
Indisputable
Wow you are so gullible
This is a movie. In real life advocates don't stand for truth and justice. Money speaks. Just a reality check.
And this is not an anti advocate rhetoric. They have families to feed. So if they stand to earn money they will fight the case under most circumstances.
Like take this move for example. The advocate fighting opposite Amitabh sir, knew his clients were wrong but he still defended them. Because he had to.
The truth does not exist ....????
All that is visible to people especially in the south are .................pornography represented in various forms .......and simply they cannot do without pornography ........... members within the family are seen in such .....porn pictures and ........ Their cameras are always watching .......... sex ............ ........ ............... Education is only related to such activity ............ So that people without a regular education can occupy any power and position with good looks ...and good hips ,.........
I wonder y ,,nobody talks of the judge...luk at his carry and xhibition of words....simply owsumm
His name is Dhritaman Chatterjee, highly educated, has worked with Satyajit Ray.
He always use to do such act very good vocabulary
Exactly.. His dialogue delivery.. It was impeccable 👍
Dhritiman Chatterjee is one of the best actors of Bengal, and for that matter India 😊
I notice all ward's and find on gogle
I wonder why this kind of movies had not made till 2016, The men who loved this movie are the real men out there. If this kind of thoughts would be spread 50 years ago, today would have been different.
Better late than never my friend.... Better late than never
Each generation has to be better than the last
Absolutely
😂😂 It's one's foolishness who believe people will change with movies
Because Indians are obsessed with romantic movies not the one that show day to day reality my dear.
@@Sampathn16 Then why go around banning and boycotting movies in a rush. If a someone appreciates a movie for its acting, direction, casting or screenplay there will be people who fight tooth and nail, even issue death notices for actors are supported.
Why not enjoy the movie as the art it portrays. Why be offended.
Both sides speak of the faults in movies. For one it's relegious sentiment for the other it's feminism etc.
A movie is not to be equated with fact or history unless it explicitly states so, there are perspectives and imaginations of the directors or actors or writers.
The message or moral is to be taken not what our politics endorse.
This ending scene where the lady constable shakes hand with Amitabh; is simply magical and the best scene of the movie.
Perfect observation. The lady constable represented the entire women community and Amitabh accepted her gratitude as a result.
She is not constable but SHO i.e. Inspector of Police
Not only the women community but also depicting that side of police wherein the Police is helpless due to political and judicial pressure and the case has to be dismissed due to lack of evidence.
Yes
That Hand shake shook my emotions !!👏
Pink is a masterpiece no doubt . Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury is a terrific director ❤️
Also, Shoojit Sircar a terrific producer !!
@@neelashmitdas3374 Yeah
Aise hi big B nahi hai.. and the whole scene fantabulous.. the way the judge utter the verdict goosebumps.. seen thousands times and everytime lacrimation ❤️
The judges acting was absolutely amazing, the slight choking while he speaks signifies it all
Sir what does its mean?
True
He is a legendary veteran Bengali actor Dhritiman Chaterjee who worked with Satyajit Ray in multiple films. 🙂
I dont know ...but why do amazing a actors have amazing voices.....all three of them ...Mr Amitabh Bachchan,Mr.Dhirtiman Chatterjee and Mr Piyush Mishra
They are amazing actors because they good personality, acting and voice. They are the chosen ones out of crores who aspire to join film industry
Your comment reminded me of another actor..Ian mckellen
doesn't matter how many times I watch this... the ending music gets me teary eyes EVERYTIME! The silence with music kills me :'( :'(
Same here
Same here
Feeling the same 😞😔😭
...one single scene delivers a lot of untold stories.... brilliant
Feeling the same 😌
Yup but apparently no still means yes in a marriage according to the Supreme Court of India! Sad.
I guess you're not aware of the law of marital rape
@@iseethetruth7026 Sir, there is no word called "marital rape" as of now in Indian laws..
@@iseethetruth7026 yes ut is in some foreign countries but not in india
@@vaishnavikrishna3605 you're right there isn't any direct law for marital rape , but you can sue and seek divorce from your partner under act of cruelty , it is on of the grounds for divorce.
@@RoYal-xz5ch it is covered under act of cruelty in marriage law . Actually both husband and wife can seek divorce or sue partner under this , if you are able to proof that there was some kind of violence involved then u can sue him under the act of domestic violence also , it is also a ground for divorce and is only available to wife , not men
This last scene of this movie so emotional and the way of carrying emotions by everyone in the scene is extraordinary
Beauty is when you realise the judge is named as Satyajit.
More beauty would have been when his surname was ray or a variation of it
Beauty is when the actor who played the roll of the judge is Dhritiman Chatterjee who was founded by none othe than Satyajit Ray himself.
@@only_treats_no_tricks maybe that's why he was named as Satyajit. Tribute to founder.
@@veervikramsingh6529 I agree with you.
He is a great actor ...... he has many world class film by satyojit Roy, mrinal Sen .......
Note~we should also appreciate the second lawyer that how perfectly he said every single word 🔥❤️
Piyush mishra is his name one of the most underrated actor of bollywood absolute gem of an actor
@@abishekpandit1303 and he is not only actor , he is director, composer, lyricist, singer, writer.
You are talking about one legend
Yes bro,😊.. his acting was attractive in such a way that it made us think of the other side of the situation too.
@@ujjawaltiwari6668 Yes
*The acting of judge really is extraordinary*
There is a speciality in Dhritiman Chatrerjee's voice - it's probably trembling, which gives an extra edge & also differentiate it from others. This exactly happens in this movie also.
This only scene was enough for this movie to be nominated for an Academy Award!
The reason it didn't is because Western culture are different. Even Jaby Koay who watches many Bollywood told he found it hard to believe that the guy would act so egoistic and with disdain on court. They have no idea how entitled guys like this are. If they could relate, it'd have been nominated for Academy.
The institution of acting....the best actor india ever produced ....what a legend...what acting
I appreciate this movie a lot, not just it defended girl side or only talked the law related to girls, but for the fact he stated how society treats a man and a woman living independently, and truth always win, if is in case of boy or a girl no the word no is no for both, no matter they r drunk or in a party or friendly, no is no, and truth is that we find these type of lawyers very rare, I bet can any lawyer put his dignity down and put a risk to his job or impression and be on side of truth even if he handling the case from the wrong person side can he do that no, he won't and I have never seen one who can loose his own case for truth or win the case by truth, overall, this movie has made many of us inspired but reality it still the same, so mentality of person should change, not everything happens according to what he or she thinks, and lastly salute to big b for his amazing performances, love you sir ❤❤
Only big B can do this level of acting
Quite true
The way lady police officer gets emotional & shakes hands with BIG B, it can be assumed that she also faces such kind of harrasment may be from her family or from her office where she works. An open ending explanation...BIG B'S ONE OF THE BEST CINEMAS
Yes , when the AB was delivering his speech of 'no means no' , while saying be it girlfriend or wife , there was a scene of the lady police depicting her emotions!
Problem is to find out such advocate to fight for justice....in real life
True bro
Truely said
No judge is god to give justice no advocate is angel or devil to fight for good or bad
Its karma that finds its ways
Sad but true

I' ve stopped watching Bollywood since long .... Couldn't stop myself watching and appreciating the Great Bachan ....indeed an Inspiration & legend
The judge is very impactful
Tru
The judge is Dhritiman Chatterjee veteran Bengali actor who made his debut with Satyajit Ray movie Pratidwandi 1971
Last scenes was fulled with emotions. Background music helps us for feel that emotion.
"The great Amitabh Bachan"..... Proved once again... His greatness in film industry.... Salute & Respect🙏🙏 👍👍❤🌹👏👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hi Manoj. From maruti 1987 batch??
What an performance Big B Sir! The way he looks, stands, his body language expresses everything.. no dialogue is needed
This scene needs to be shown to all men across the world.
No means no.
Us menfolk fuckedd up big time…
@Billy The Goat take your case and take the millions of cases that happen and most of them unreported and you’ll perhaps get a clearer picture. Oh fun fact : the indian penal code, is so exhaustive and it lists how many crimes as specifically crimes against women…. 20 … but then the point i am trying to make has lost its way to you. So, sure. You are free to live in your world of whataboutery. Live there if it helps you to sleep well at night.
@Billy The Goat indian women are learning from the west? No you cretin, they aren’t. They are learning because they are getting an education which you didn’t get very likely.
@Billy The Goat the very fact who is abusing who is clear to anyone who reads this thread.
Also, what you wrote gave me a headache trying to decipher. Long repartees apart, spell check and grammar is important my dear old troglodyte.
Also, if you go around poking noses into a comment then you should be at least ready for an informed civil argument based on rationality and not off the cuff opinions.
Opinions are likes arseholes. Everyone has them. Doesn’t make one to be more valid than the other. What you need is nuance which clearly a man/woman of your intellect lacks earnestly.
@Billy The Goat what's your point man? He said that men need to take the message that no means no. He didn't say that without an offense men should be accused. What was your point? And btw Kamasutra was written in India.
@Billy The Goat okay before judging the IQ that I have, please notice this in your own comments. The fact is, nobody denied that men can be abused too. You brought it up alllllll by yourself, you are fighting by yourself and defending Idk against whom. Nobody denied in the comments including me. The issue why I spoke up, is because when female issues are brought to the table, as a defense, most of the times it is said that men face those issues too. Ofc they do, but that awareness should come on its own, not as a counter statement while somebody is talking about a women's issue. Bringing awareness to men's problems shouldn't be a factor in reducing the focus in women's issues.
Kamasutra point is because you said that Indian women learnt to f*ck from western women. No, India is equally genius in case of sex. In times of making of the sculptures of Khajoraho also, there was so much sexuality to the art, there was even one in a 69 position and that was made before colonization took place.
Last scene absolutely wonderful....Mr..Bachan proved why people of world call him......SHAHENSA of Bollywood ....good acting ....specially i like last background music it's really nice & feeling good after listening
Amitji is amitji .. the univercity of acting . The legend .
There z something in the last scene...I m writing this with teary eyes...believe me ...all the letters are sparkling while writing...that music in the Ka ohh god..such a grt movie and acting by amitabh sir ..hatsofff
Yes, absolutely right, no means no, great words. 💕❤❤❤

The theme, the dialogues, the acting by all the actors - simply superb. The momentum of the movie carries its viewers effortlessly. The characters played by Amitabhji and Tapsee made me speechless. I should also mention the villain character-Rajbeer,so successfully painted by the actor, that it spontaneously squeezes out all the anger, frustration, hate from the deepest corner of our subconscious mind---terrific. Sujit Sarkar must be applauded for this masterpiece. I think it should be shown in every college not only as a compulsory part of sociology but also as a part of general curriculum. Exceptionally good job TEAM PINK.
Amitabh's performance...no words to say....the other advocate Prashant"s performance also brilliant ..,🙏
This was a movie ahead of the present society. Society will take more time not to judge women from their day to day lives!!
No it is not.....this movie is the need of the hour!
I cried in the last scene, it’s a sigh for relief for women to see some justice
Dhritiman Chatterjee was the best among the four. Amazing role play of the judge.
He acts so naturally.
@UC8ektZuLGzmyhHv3xds3vjA f off , apna dadaji ko bhi ese hi bol.
Legends ka respect karna sikh
He was the worst.
I thought the lady constable would salute him. That would have been cool. But ya...this is more realistic - nailed it
Amitabh was supreme. What a movie. The direction was superb
I salute each and every single actor and actresses for their acting they are truely oscar deserving and very talented their skills in acting hits faster than bullet 💜
Can we all take a moment for Piyush Mishra sir as well? Such phenomenon acting
wow. What an ending. Brilliant. Hats off to director writer and specially to living legend big b. What a performance.
Women of India Pakistan and world face many threats every day. As big b said we need to look after our boys. They have to learn how to respect a woman on street. There is saying " Mann behn sab ki sanjhi hoti hain". May Allah protect all of my mothers sisters and daughters.
It is these kind of movies we need today! Instead of those flashy, high budgeted movies where the main focus is on exteriors of a character and sometimes where exists normalisation of sexual remarks. It is a sad thing that few movies like PINK are produced by the Indian film industry. I hope this changes soon...
I usually don't comment but seeing the performance of everyone and specially Mr Amitabh Bacchan my goodness I was mesmerized his expression is enough to stick to the screen, he is truly an artist.
Whenever we watch this scene. Brings chills and tears from eyes. Bachchan Sahab, acting masterclass 🙌
The Handshake and the end music gives goosebumps. WHAT A MOVIE
Kya acting hein baap... Mr Bacchan... Just superb and of course Mr Mishra...
Omg Big B Performance!! 😭
Exactly highly impressive
I said NO and this guy thought I was joking and funny. And told me a hundred times Pink mere favourite movie hai.
This movie in itself is like Perfect & very meaningful ❤️💯.
This movie cannot be disected for it's cinematic details, however even in that case it's perfect.
This movie touches my heart & in 2016 when I saw this movie, I actually felt what this word can meaning in a substantive & elaborative way.... NO.
The last scene was wonderful 💯
Angad Bedi, Big B, and the judge...superb acting 👏👏
Voice of the judge 🖤

That no means no... Really touching.
Thanks to the director and producers of this movie. 🙏
Thnks to the writer.
The best part was the Hand Shake by the lady constable at the end .... it summed up the whole hearted thanks for a commendable work on the grief of women in our country ....
This ❌️NO MEANS NO❌️reminds me of some one whom I trust back then....but then his also the one who gave me a huge misterpieces in my life not only in physical but emotional and ispiritual..at that night I told him.."REMEMBER THIS NIGHT I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU"right after that night every thing has changed..Every time we slept together it's always reminds me that miserable night..And while watching this movie can't stop my tears falling dow😢😭

I couldn't hold back my tears when Mina leaned her head on the lawyer's arm and thanked him.👍💯👏

What a show all together amithabh sir really legend headsoff what a masterpiece
Amitabh Bachhan delivers a powerhouse of performance. The Emperor of Bollywood. No other actor can ever match his talent and dedication towards the craft.
Literally the best scene of the entire movie. Years after watching this movie I still remember this scene from word to word.
This Movie was deserve for Oscar nomination
This scene made me to cry, if any body ever want to define the boundaries between a male and female with respect and decency, must watch watch ,remember and follow this video. Thanks for the star cast of the movie, directors and whole team.

One of the Most powerful scene of the century ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
At the end of scene when tears comes to your eyes you realise that "Truth never loose". Keep respect towards women's feelings. Let them live their life without force and fear. Salute to Amitabh Sir and story writer of this movie.
Brilliant music after a brilliant final dialogue delivered by a brilliant actor. You have to commend everybody in this scene which brought out the beauty of it. A scene cannot get better than this. This one stays with you long after its over.
That climax music did phenomenon effects ❤
What I really loved about this movies was they kept it very real. The opposition judge was very professional and fought the case legally. Unlike Jolly LLB where the entire law system goes down the gutter. And any compliment doesn't do justice to the man AB.
One of Big B’s best performance!!!🙌🏻
The background score has goosebumps written all over it..
Outstanding actor...mr bacchan ❤
The soundtrack is just mind blowing in the end!
I wish I could revisit the feeling of watching this movie for the first time again.
Goosebumps all over. The entire cast, the story the BGM was absolutely brilliant
Truth is always with calmly act....
" NO" means no ....."NO" is a complete sentences......🥺😇
this is why AB is called ......boss
