one of the best actors in India,I would rate him higher than Irrfan,Nawaz or Naseeruddin,his bad hindi is one of the reasons of him not succeeding like he should have been,if you see his bengali films then you would know why people rate him so highly

Irfan is versatile so is Nesiruddin. but Nasiruddin got versatile with age. Irfan is just charismatic. Nawaz has a limited scope. he can't play a rich guy, he tried in Kick but that was pathetic. everyone is meant to play roles that suits them. you can overstate or understate them. If you arrive why can't Nawaz play a rich guy, well he can but he won't fit just as Tom Cruise won't fit into a family drama.
Magnolia Versatility is not everything. It's about acting,you do not have to be master of all trades to become a good actor. This year's Oscar winning actor Casey Affleck is a prime example of that.
