The best sector for me In Noida is Sector 97. That sector is very close to Delhi. Roads are extremely well built and is am filled with greenery. There are very few apartments.

Just went to check this sector out. Guys, most of the builders have inflated the price for absolutely no reason. This sector at this current state has absolutely nothing to deserve that kind of price. IMO it will take this sector 10-15 years to become a hustling and bustling sector. All these talks about Jewar airport makes no sense. Also, it's pretty far from where i live in noida , Sector-28. It's a 40 min drive during 7-8pm. A big no from my side.
