  • Today I travel to Benton, Arkansas to visit the beautiful Saline County Courthouse and their newly named Clock, "Big Bill". In this video I am threatened with arrest but then saved by a superior, and then again by the Chief of Security and the County Judge. James and Matt, If either of you are reading this, I'd like to say thank you for turning my visit into a memorable experience for the better. This video also turns into a Christmas Special; first unintentionally, but then intentionally. Enjoy

you were being somewhat of a A-hole.
the judge said sometimes things get lost in communication.
and you proved it , the female cop was going to arrest you for going into a "private" office ,
and it turns out the area/place/office was the "counter area" . . . you even said "oh this it" , this why the security chief kept saying you can't go behind the counter"
i.e. it all got lost in communication
yeah , the first cop was wrong (and was corrected by the 2nd officer who came out)
you seemed to want to make an ass of yourself , the judge had to calm you down
no where in the video did you go into a "private" office ,
you would have been arrested for trespassing if you did and rightly so.
this was a crappy audit , do better next time.

Security definitely needs some education. "Republic?" Really!? IQ is weak in that one. Blondie needs to take some value and calm down. I don't know why people say stuff is against the law when it isn't. Just bc someone thinks/feels a law should exist doesn't mean it does. If you don't know? Don't site it. Cops do that way too much. i.e. Officer Safety is not a law. It is cowardice.

@@TheRandomPatriot1776 bruh that actually just made my night... you can tell he thought real hard on that one🤣🤣...
Couple of side notes tho as far as the interactions go,
talking to people like the first feller who you can tell obviously aren't all there and have trouble in the comprehension part go easy on them I really don't think they can help it...
in that situation just allow them to ask for their superior without to much hassle then address that situation with them, I feel for the most part you did ok and did try addressing the situation later but earlier in the video confronting him about it and calling him ridiculous is not needed and is more of an escalation than a de escalation...
I know it's tempting to say I'm crazy but think about it from his perspective if reality is 90% perception than his mind is telling him that that is confrontational then he will freeze and do what he was told aka radioing in his supervisor, which might have been why the lady came off negatively towards you as well...
He in my opinion is the inbred "good ol southern boy" that never meant no harm did no harm ter nobody that has history with them and is viewed as the "special child" however special Ed he may be...
I do agree they need to be educated as long as it's done respectfully, professionally and in good faith especially if your going to have that position... however I do think it would be the hiring managers head with that one or whoever does their training because boy he sure is missing a cell or two somewhere..
So in short just be more aware of the less fortunate and hold responsible the people with the power for making the decision to have those people around...
With that being said none of this looks good on any of them...
The only thing that looks good on their respect would be the head of securities first 30 seconds that's it...
Other than that all i see is derelict of duties and excuse after excuse after excuse, the judge especially... the good old look left while I slap you from the right...
He continously looked to distract you from your complaints and concerns and make excuse instead of addressing the situation and handling it hoping that he can sweet talk you into not pursuing charges or filing complaints....
so much was wrong with his interactions and demeanor based on the way he conducted himself...

We have the judge who welcomed you, a visitor, and helped you to see some of the history of the town and building. This is a good example of America .
Then, the example of pure suspicion by one security. You got through security, and any in the mind strip searches by the guard. I could not imagine him on a date and havimg him suspicious every moment.
