Silent run of Framing Frame, Day 2 - complete with all 9 bags. This earns the 'Big Deal' achievement.
This is very strait forward. The only concern is the construction workers outside - cable tie them before attempting to bring bags out of the train car. If you only have 2 cable ties, you'll have to keep a careful eye on the third construction worker.
Required skills: None
Recommended skills: Cable Guy (Ace) - This allows you to cable tie all three construction workers, making the heist a complete non-issue.
There's sometimes 9. I'm pretty sure they're not always all there, though - seems to be random between 6 and 9. Getting all 9 gets you two achievements (one for collecting them stealthily, one for trading them).
For the Day 1 achievement this is true, but not for the Day 2 achievement - that one specifically requires you to trade 9 paintings (that is the only requirement - it doesn't have to be done stealthily).
How did you get 9 painting I thought there were only 8
You get those achievements if you get all of them you could, it doesn't have to be 9. I got it with 7 paintings.
Yeah, I was just looking through the list of achievements and noticed it specifically mentioned 9.
is this posible in normal or does it have to be overkill or higher
+Toivo Rask This video is likely somewhat outdated at this point, as this was a little over 2 years ago and the game has been updated quite a bit in the meantime. That said, at the time it was possible in any difficulty. There's a chance that you're ambushed even if you did everything perfectly; there's nothing you can do to prevent that, but assuming that doesn't happen, the only thing you have to worry about is the construction workers.
