Loving your rants lately. To your point about getting outside, I've taking walks while listening audiobooks when I've got free time to kill. Better than netflixing or scrolling Tik Tok for sure.
@@rockyblumble The view is just a bald sub 5 and man made artificial blue city prison lights through a window. Look at something like a sumset over the water now that would be a truly incredible view.
Chris thank you so much, your videos help a lot to give me guidance. I am 21 years old, Its so hard for us young people to get rid of easy dopamine around us, we got hooked on it in teenage years without knowing the consequences,I can see how it destroys people and makes them almost like zombies hungry for more stimulation. I can see it affects me as well, i got so acustomed to it , its a constant battle of my will and easy stimulation. Your Advice about making it Inconvenient , and adding healthy alternative is great!
I almost sat down on my new pc this morning for some COD… Pondered until I almost gave in, but I know I’ll feel 10x better after hitting my cardio. Invest in an elliptical!
Great advice, people don't seem to understand the difference between leisure habits that actually build you up instead of chipping away from your momentum. About the bath, just take a cold shower if you think it's softening you, maybe it'll be hard for you though, it's easy for me in the hot brazilian weather
Naturally came to this conclusion last year when I went on my boxing journey. Removed all tvs, didn’t even have wifi in my apartment for the longest time because I wanted to stay away from cheap dopamine and focus on building myself up. It’s great to hear that this is a share perspective among a successful individual
"you have the bog standard s**t". I love the english language so much sometimes because of these hilarious sentences we get. Great video in general. Honestly if you are even 20 percent less lazy than the average person you should be pretty hard to beat. And most people who beat you are likely working harder (well played).
I'm watching this video and laughing. Why? Because it's like if you're narrating exactly what's been consuming my mind recently: the need to extremely intentionally design my surroundings and life to build a great life. It's so eerily synchronous that it seems like a sign that I'm on the right path. Thank you.

4:47 Can't even relax after our 9-5. Unfortunately, not everyone can be a social media entrepreneur. They could be highly paid pilots or engineers just chillin.
@rml4289 I have no complaints. More so criticism. Kris speaks as if everyone should be doing what he does, but we can't all copy this format that Kris does. Creating a mens brand. I do like Kris, but I think that he forgets not everyone is cut out for business, and a great life can still be had contracting your skills and whatnot. Do you see what I mean? Perhaps I'm missing the point.
@nbayern7000 that's fair enough. I think that Kris is talking to us like we already have businesses running. To get that kind of advice from him (idea, marketing, and selling), I'd have to join the paid skool community
this life is so sad man, i guarantee the average person 20 years ago didn’t have these thoughts and were just happy. nor did the people who had money. the world is changing.
@jon3704 it's true. I'm making good money as a pilot. On my days off, so what if I play one round of cod with the fellas. Isn't 500k? A year (which I'll be making in 10 or so Years) good enough for me to play cod with the boys? Or should I be grinding on selling supplements and trying to pitch a group home to some folks on UA-cam. I'm not a natural salesman. Kris is blessed with this ability, but I couldn't sell water to a fish.
Yeah Kris it all makes sense but Elon is number 1 Diablo player in the world, so you obviously can relax here and there and it will actually be beneficial for your growth.
I like your approach. Routines are Key! But Videogames arent evil. I get your Point. Burn the boats! "Okay I have to Go now! There ist nothing else I can do". But everyone ist different.
I like you Kris.. BUT! I mean, what do you mean by work?:D Youre in the Gym, okay! Me too! But its not work, its a Freetime activity. A Skin-routine, is also a freetime activity. Dressing nice, yeah.. Its kind of a hobby, but also a lifesetup skill. I know! But at the end, youre making youtube videos. And youre also a streamer, just without videogames. Nothing wrong here. But if you love it, is it really hard work? Maybe sometimes. Videogames/men impovement. 2 different areas. But you can work in both.
It's fun and all saying that people are easy to beat but that isn't the reality. (We all know that). Makes good content though. No hate here I have always loved first man videos they have helped me a lot.
I work really hard but struggle with the stress side of things how do you go about relaxing? if your not doing any of these high dopamine activity's in the evening and you've been gym already what is there to do in your home?
Take a brisk walk while listening to audiobooks or an informative podcast, call/text someone, drink herbal teas, take a warm shower etc. When you refrain as much as you can from high unnatural shots of dopamine your brain will get used to it. It’s the dip that follows the high that makes you hooked.
Illogical video. The guys playing video games that Chris slams live in the same neighborhood as him and have high rise apartments like Chris. Chris’s way is a pain and much harder and doesn’t get you ahead of anyone else watching movies or playing video games.
You keeping grinding from 5 am to 10 pm. I’ll sleep late, go out with friends, date and still make more money and be more successful than you and Chris combined.
@@ronaldgmaster5782I‘m pretty sure Kris also goes out with friends and on dates. He even said that in this video. There‘s also a difference between going out socializing and staying up until 4am playing fortnite.
