- What are the best Arizona Golf Communities?
If you have been thinking of moving to Arizona or you already live here and you are looking for a great master planned community with golf than you will want to compare Verrado and Estrella. Both of these communities are some of the best selling master planned communities in AZ ranked #2 and #3 behind Eastmark.
Verrado is located in Buckeye and is home to the Verrado Golf Club with 2 golf courses, The original Verrado Founders course and the Victory golf course in the 55 plus neighborhood of Verrado. Estrella is located in Goodyear and is home to the Estrella Golf Club with one course. Cantamia, the 55 plus neighborhood of Estrella does not have its own golf course.
In this video I discuss the courses and the homes you can purchase in each community including the Active adult neighborhoods within Estrella and Verrado.

That's some pricey golf course homes, but I like the low/no maintenance grounds of most of the homes. Good work AMY!
We have some other price points nearby. I was just looking at homes in Sundance 55 + and you can get a golf course view home for under $300K. Maybe that will be my next video.

I need to do the Sundance community soon. You can buy a golf course view home there for less than $250K and it is minutes away from Verrado.

This is helpful info. We have tossed around a vacation golf home away from the Colorado snow when we retire!

I have not been to these courses, they look awesome. I am glad to hear they are open to the public so I can check them out! With the 55+ neighborhoods can you buy them if you are under 55 and just rent out your place until you are old enough to move in?
Yes, in most cases you can buy and rent it to someone who meets the age requirement even if you do not. It is always good to check with the HOA first though as each varies.

Not since I had my son and left new build sales for resale. I haven't had the time. I am a golf mom now as my son plays at high school and the First Tee of Phoenix.

Thanks for the tour of some of the golf communities - great looking homes at reasonable prices! I liked the Cantamia the best, the golf course is close enough.
You get more for your money because they don't have a course of their own but the Estrella course is minutes away.
