I’m obsessed with your FAB content… Not going to lie as soon as you said flesh and blood as number 1 and that you’ve got really old videos opening the first sets, I’m leaving this video to watch them now 😂 🖤
I actually have an old video opening the first set - Jyhad! It's a cool game but I simply don't have a playgroup to play with since it's a mostly a multiplayer game
I’m looking forward to more Ashes stuff, its one of my personal favorites. Riftforce is a very simple card game my son and I really enjoy might be worth a quick look too.
I just got Riftforce, waiting on RadLands. Will probably grab Ivion. Waiting to get my Varia to the table. There's hundereds of em. What I need more than anything is more people or 1 solid person to play with.
Great video - really enjoyed this one! Happy to see FaB at #1... I think it probably deserves it. I'm way behind the curve, but I've got some blitz decks on my Christmas list so finally I'll be playing my first FaB games soon and hopefully be hooked from there! Also excited to see Wixoss at #2 since that's my newest fling ;) Really hope it can take hold here in the U.S. and get more popular. Shadowverse is one I look at today and totally wish I had started playing like 4-5 years ago.. I remember hearing about it a lot in 2016. I used to play a ton of another digital TCG called Eternal, and I feel like Shadowverse took off around the same time and had a similar sized community. And I'm cautiously about games like Genesis and Sorcery. They look great and I feel like they have excellent teams behind them. I just hope they can differentiate themselves among the hordes of other new games coming out. I worry their fantasy themes are too generic and will lack an X factor to really take off. But there's nothing wrong with dedicated niche communities and player bases either if that's all they can muster. I also probably just need to learn a lot more about them to appreciate them more (I admittedly know next to nothing). Cheers Rogue - on to '22 and beyond!
Thank you for reminding me that inscryption is out! I totally forgot that althought I really wanted to play it since I heard about it couple months ago. I'll jump into it as soon as possible. I love card games so much (physically or digitally) that any new experience is good to take.
Shadowverse is excellent, Genesis look incredible. Grand archive is very promising but i already struggle building the FAB decks i would like to play, i see no way i could invest in another tcg, as good as they can look .. for sure if somehow i get rich, i definitely try all the one you mentioned ! 🔥🥳
my favourite is FAB. Can't agree more with Arkham horror. It's a fantastic game. Grand archive seems really interesting but I mostly looking forward to mindbug. It's perfect for some quick matches between the FAB games! And has a really funny artwork.
Honestly, Gate Ruler is a largely slept on tcg. Give it a go, the deck building process is so interesting and it's the most fun I've had playing a tcg in years
My top 2 are easily FaB and MtG (I only play commander). I’ve picked up some My Hero Academia to mess around with too. I play a fair few miniatures games, and Crisis Protocol and Infinity CodeOne are my favs of this year. You got me pretty hyped for Sorcery too!
For me it’s Flesh and blood from TCGs. Ashes Reborn from LCGs. Arkham horror LCG for Solo/coop. Android Netrunner for dead card games. Radlands for a contained one deck experience.
I need to check out shadowverse. That said, did you get around to playing Ashes? It’s fairly quick and very strategic. Also, because all of my discretionary spending is dictated by you or Team Covenant, have you tried Skytear? I was SHOCKED how much I enjoyed it.
After collecting Pokémon cards for so long, and being away from magic and yugioh for so long…. I’m completely lost lol. I want to get back into adult games that are enjoyable but keyforge hasn’t kicked back up yet. Any suggestions?
I hope the publisher of wixoss puts the effort into growing their game in English. So far seems like an after thought. With Bushiroad and some indie companies really doing the work, Tomy will really need to hustle to get wixoss the attention it deserves.
Hey Rogue!! Greetings! I enjoyed a lot Shadowverse until I get back to the LGS. Loxis was s lot of fun. And as you say, you can play it for free at 100% power. Next Saturday I am attending a Flesh & Blood introduction event. Thanks to you and The Prof! Is winning a place here in Buenos Aires. So bad no one plays Wixross. Keep the hard work!!
When you were talking about the digital card game, my guesses were slay the spire and monster train. I definitely want to check out the one that was actually on your list though, I've had my eye on it and was wondering what its like Just got to the end, and I guessed correctly for the mobile game! Haven't played it much, but I enjoyed what I did experience
Interesting list. I played several games of Arkham horror LCG then my group quit. It feels like the board games my friends and I have played over the years. Not to mention the RPG is funner. LOTR the coop card game was waaaaaay better :)
Genesis sounds like a physical version of Faeria to me. From what little you've said about it, at least. As for what I think you've overlooked, there's arguably the MHA CCG/UniVersus but, personally, I'm not sure I can count something that promised a global release and then came out only in the US as releasing in 2021.
Genesis is hard to pin down - you start off fully powered like FAB, but it takes some of the more technical aspect of a CCG - like the stack - and can really based on your champion and positioning in the arena. I loved Faeria but I’ve played a ton of Genesis and never thought they were similar
@@RedZoneRogue Sadly, the old demo decks are a little out of date at this point. Many of the cards got updated before the actual set release but they're still a great way to learn the game and a great fun character matchup once you have.
For some strange reason, this is my favorite card game channel.

Nice wrap up! Loving the new tunes as well 🎶
I really like your channel, you have played Vampire The Eternal Struggle? it is really awesome and 2021 was great for the game!!

Good picks, thank you

Haha totally understand! Stick with what you like most and try new things if you can - my motto basically 😅
I just joined Grand Archive discord and backed platinum. Can't wait for it. As always great video
my favourite is FAB.

I actually backed Mindbug too! It looks like great game to just play with anyone

Wixoss has some nice artwork, I hope it succeeds in the U.S
Thoughts on Android Netrunner?
Never tried it but it's on the top of my list to try - I've heard very good things about it
My friends always talk trash about wixoss and then are stunned when they find out it’s a fun game as well lol
This was a great video. Now I'm gonna try Shadowverse.

Slay the Spire and Monster Train are both excellent!
Digimon is love. Digimon is life. 👾♥️
Thanks for constant content! Ahh the English language.. “sitting in bed before I go to bed” lol
Haha didn't even realize until this comment 😅
Oh Snap, new music!!
Maybe I missed it but is there a reason you didn’t pick MetaZoo? You were all about it a few months ago. Not attacking, just asking.
Simply put, I enjoyed playing the games listed here much more.
Who does the intro music doesn’t sound like lackey
I need to update the default description with the new intro/outros! The intro is flippy 19XX - Future Boy
2021 - Ashes Reborn and Arkham Horror LCG. RIP Furturecard Buddyfight :c
RIP :( I was never into it but it always sucks to see a cool game people like go under

Yes Wixoss. Finally it's getting recognized.
It's legit VERY good! My 2nd channel is even devoted to it
I've never heard of Grand Archive but I love the artwork of it
Arkham horror was my number 1 game for many years. Until Flesh and Blood came along.
prediction for 1st place: arkham horror
Not a bad prediction!
@@RedZoneRogue yes, but I was off a bit xD
Flesh and blood and digimon!

I actually have some MHA demo decks that were sent to me last year but never got a chance to try them haha

🙋♀️ok, I miss the old music....just sayin🙃🤷♀️
Flesh and Blood is definitely my top game for the year, I got into it earlier this year and what an amazing game it is.
what no metapoo??? but its the best tcg ever!! lol
Yoooooo
felt like the 3 minute intro was unnecessary. content actually starts at 2:50, thats 1/4th of this is intro promos... Summarizing might help,
