    I'm able to take 3 or 4 side breathes after I feel like choked. Hardly Im' able to go 20 m in one go with 3 to 4 breathes and with wall kicking. Any suggestions for continuing my swimming without break
    Our swimming pool 50m long and my next target is to swim 50m without break.
