Great video!! I study history and when learning more about Napoleon in different books i always wondered what happened to his son, so this video is exactly what i needed!
I’m struggling to find the right weight darts,I tried 23g,bit light,I tried 24g,bit light,I’m on 26g and they are better, but think 28g might be a bit heavy, should I just carry on with the 26g or try the 28g so they don’t play on my mind that it’s them holding me back 🤷🏼♂️
Nice stuff bud where ya from if ya don't mind me asking sound irish, I'm since season one and can't recommend it enough , hopefully these work as my avg has dropped from 53ish to a lot of matches round 45 now and it's messing with me head hopefully these help and d fact pub league starts soon might help aswell
Love the video just a quick question what should be in my darts case don’t want to be bringing too many stems or flights or too little stems or flights
As far as rhythm goes I like to throw with my breathing. I bring my arm up and aim as i inhale then when my exhale is finished a pull back and throw. I kinda borrowed the technique from shooters who only fire on their exhale. Helps steady the hand and get in to a rhythm all at once
Dani could you do a video on consistency tips next? Ive been throwing for a few months now but I still feel like I dont know what Im doing while throwing and often end up with something I call 'great throw-mid throw-where is that going' (the order varies ofc) so like for example T20-5-off the board/or just nowhere close like a 9 or something. Thanks again for doing such great content
I struggle with the same thing only I’ve been throwing longer. You explained yourself perfectly, “I still don’t know what I’m doing while I’m throwing” lol - me too man. It’s taken me years to start feeling comfortable with my process. Lining up the oche (I still don’t know what I prefer, 180 or 45! Right now I’m going with 45). Everything from. Your stance to your elbow height to how lined up your bicep is to your target, lifting the dart to set up your shot, drawing back and firing - it’s not easy to shoot like a pro because…you are not a pro. While pros make it look easy, you may be wondering how to properly incorporate anything you’re learning - you will get annoyed when you thoughtttt you had something down and oh my..there it goes again, I forgot…. Everything matters though, you have to know the DETAILS. And there *ARE* details that are not easily explained which is why Dave might tell you to just DO THIS, HOLD IT LIKE THIS, etc. details details details. Do you know why he instructs you to hold the dart like that? Because it CANNOT be wrong to do so. Which actually gets into anatomy of the wrist, forearm - there’s a lot of exploration in darts. I have personally found my discontent with variance diminishes when I understand why it’s happening. For me it’s usually I’m lazy with my follow through and I often am!
I wanted to add, unfortunately for most of us who struggle with thought as we’re playing, it’s hard to turn off. You will in time find moments of AHA! It’s not a cheat code but you will finally understand something that you didn’t even know eluded you, and maybe Dave has been saying something over and over again but 8 months later you actually had comprehension. We’re silly creaturea
I'm starting to figure this out a little bit and I think, one sentence in this video is the key "I don't care where the darts are going" 1. Pick one thing to work on and don't watch any more dart tip videos for a month. 2. Practice with focus on that one thing, when it starts to lock in, the 2nd and 3rd darts will go to the same place as the 1st dart. 3. Drill it in until it's an unconscious reflex. 4. Go back to focus on aim when you don't have to think about it. THEN find another tip to work on and mess things up all over again😅 It's slow, but better than the 12 things at once approach for me, where every throw is different and nothing gets locked it.
Biggest problem is to fast of a rythm that increases and a fast pull back. It kills me. Those always seem to creep back in after I have gotten them in check. Cool video.
Some good tips! My biggest problem is concentrating and remembering them 🤣 I slack off very quickly and then my darts land all over the show and then beat myself up over that which also doesn’t help 😅 really need to check out GDL one of these days and push my avg over 60-65
I have one suggestion 17 seconds in and the sound quality could use improvement! If you’re looking to be successful reach many people make money with social media I would get a nice quality sound setup. No hate, it’s just the first thing I noticed when I watched and I’m actually trying to give some tips after being on TikTok almost since the beginning.
Loving the vids as always dani this is something I'm going to take in and use as a new stepping stone Mike looks like he is loving them in the back aswell also I messaged you on insta as a video idea much love pal

Only After 2 days I have improved a lot on my accuracy. I even got my first 180 !! Thanks for sharing your tips.
Good video dude, I like the “have faith in your set up “🙌
Love it mate, all thanks to you why I joined the GDL 👌🏼
Great to see you back thriving, Dani ❤

Another great vid mate, can't recommend the gdl enough, seeing improvement every day through practice and competition, cheers mate
how many games are there to play on there daily?
Love the video just a quick question what should be in my darts case don’t want to be bringing too many stems or flights or too little stems or flights
Good tidy vid, well done mate!
Great 2nd tip, "just don't miss". Easier said than done
Worth doing, if you can, though!
How do u aim tho like what do u do to aim some people use the tip to aim, what am I aiming at
would like to see video on your grip and tips ideas on grip
Good video. Those three points are essentially what every warmup is for me.
Try to minimize the rocking back and forth when speaking to camera.
where u get ur ring around the board from? the numbers
Excellent tips 🎯
Do you still play in the GDL? I joined this year I'm loving it so far.
Board rotation time ✌🏻
Back to say that 'aim small, miss small' has had an effect! Of course I've heard it before, but your video emphasized it.
Hey @dynamytedarts do you play in the GDL?🇮🇪

My darts seem to land straight and I cannot get them to sit up upright (unless I threw further away from the throw line) what am I doing wrong?
Still waiting for your Darts to release again!😄 btw, how many grams is your Darts?

Can you show how to grip dart arrow correctly
There’s no right or wrong way to do it but I can do a video on how I grip them?
Can a dart thrower begin flicking the wrist too soon?
Sometimes I feel I cover my eyes with my dart so I can’t even see my target does that mean my arm is in the wrong place
