Ingredients List सामग्री KurKure Aloo Lachha Bhajiya

Peeled Potato- 3 Pcs
Grate potatoes in Laccha
Keep potatoes Lachha in water
Green Chilli- 4
Peeled Garlic- 8 pcs
Ginger- 1.5 Inch
Finely Chopped in Agaro Chopper
Remove excess water
Red Chilli Flakes- 1 tsp
Add Chopped mix
Salt as per taste
Finely chopped Coriander
Poha Powder- 2 tbsp
All Purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Carom seed/Ajawain-1/2tsp
INSTANT CHUTNEY

Heat a Kadahi/Pan on medium flame
Raw Peanut- 1/2 Cup
Salt as per taste
Cumin/Jeera Powder-1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Water - 4 to 5 tbsp
