Excel Offset Function

This video looks at using the OFFSET Function in Excel to Dynamically return a certain number of rows from the end of a dataset. Depending on what version of Excel you have, you will need to watch the intro of this video and then begin at either of following points below as the setup is different between newer and older versions of Excel:
